Organic pasture raised eggs are the most healthy.
Do you know a good source/brand for those?
@@Biglover29Pasture raised organic, they're in a black or tan carton.
One thing that was failed to be mentioned is make sure it’s not industrial eggs you are consuming but pasture raised eggs or organic. They are loaded with vitamins that are essential for the body.

I was just wondering if eating the Liquid type eggs would make a good or not so good difference? When I eat breakfast out I think that some places use this type of eggs, especially if you have them scrambled or as an Omelette.
Hello
I have 2 eggs just about every morning and sometimes 1.
What's the warning of eating more eggs????
Thanks, sugar MD. I never like eggs. My mom would beat me to eat it, and it would come right back out. My children eat it but I don't eat it, period.
I eat 5 eggs every morning
5 ? When do you eat again ? I have 1 egg for breakfast then lunch at about 2pm, then dinner at 6pm, I’m a newly diagnosed diabetic 6 weeks ago
@@nannieg7622 I started intermittent fasting a year ago, and am no longer diabetic. And yes, I eat 2 or 3 eggs often as my late day meal entree. Cholesterol dropped 100 points too.
@@charflorida5433 that’s interesting, on all points, I do intermittent fasting too, breakfast at 10.30/11 am and last meal before 6pm, I have lost 10 pounds and I’m thrilled. 6 weeks to my next blood test 😵💫
Conclusions: High egg consumption did not have an adverse effect on the lipid profile of people with T2D in the context of increased MUFA and PUFA consumption. In other words they reduced their intake of saturated fat overall, lol.
I clicked because I thought you were about to start a battle with dr ken Barry, but you agreed with him, lol
Yey!👏👏👏I love eggs. Thanks doc!
2 a day I feel good great video
Is this applicable to Type 1 diabetics as well? I eat 2 eggs every morning because it's filling and allows me to eat less carbs to feel full

Eggcellent news!
Eggs are low carb, minimal effect on insulin, lowers insulin resistance.

Is grape seed oil a good or bad oil?
There's no such thing as good oil.

It's "ate" not "eat". My compression has imprauved 100 percent!
I eat 8 whole eggs a day, and 8 slices of white bread.i skip lunch mostly or have peanuts as lunch am type2 diabetic
How many carbs do you eat daily? 8 slices of bread is a lot ! Most bread is 20g per slice ! I try to only eat 30g of carb per day, so no bread for me
@@nannieg7622 just mostly 4 or 5 small hardboiled eggs and 4pcs of white loafbread, same in the evening 12hrs interval. Maybe the skipping of lunch made me feel better.
@@igowanderer6916 ok, I’m learning from everyone on here. Thank you
