- This dog coat is an easy beginner project. It basically just consists of single crochets in a rectangle. You just have to measure the circumference of the dogs neck +1 inch. You can use any yarn and any size crochet hook. How’s that for easy!
I have looked everywhere for a good basic easy learning video. I found it.
Love your voice..like having an auntie guide me. Looks easy to follow!!
Thank you.😊 Hope you get to make it.
This is a great dog sweater for my dog. She doesn't like anything around her legs. This is perfect. Thank you so much.
You're so welcome!
Thank you for the cute dog sweater idea. My three cats like to take turns laying on my yarn also. You are a great teacher thank you.
Brilliant n easy..made one in half an hour...thank u❤❤❤❤
Most welcome 😊
WOW, finally I found a great sweater to crochet for my cat. She needs it when we are on our way to the vet, on these very cold days for her physical. She is a senior now. Thank you so much. I think you are a great instructor God Bless You. I 😍 your pattern. Thank you for your time.

Hey I used your video to make a sweater for my new puppy. Made a little mod on it. I turned it so the rows go he’d to tail and this allowed me to place arm holes along the row. Thank you for the instruction
That is awesome!
Love the little jumper it's so cute Thankyou so much x
Simple and nice as far as it goes. People in cold climates with dogs who really need the coat for warmth would need to figure out how to do some additional work to make the coat cover at least part of the belly. My dogs would have this twisted sideways and/or upside down from scratching an itch or rolling back and forth while on their backs. Really needs a belly strap to keep it in place.
I like all your Crochet Patterns, & thank you for sharing..
Thanks for watching!🧶😊
Thanks for this video tutorial its a blessing to my furbaby girls even in Florida they're getting cold and im sitting here with everything to crochet them something warm except the experience until now not ever thinking to you tube lol so thanks a million !!!
I used to live in South Florida and it gets cold there too. Glad you were able to make the dog coats for your fur babies to keep them toasty warm. Thanks for watching!
Thank you, this looks great!
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
Omg i love this little sweater!! You did a great job.
Thank you for your comment and thanks for watching!
I just love the sweater on Chi Chi ..
Thanks for your comment. I owe you a pair of slippers.😄
I made a sweater for my dog. Yours is so cute. One thing I would add: a "tail catcher ." Just a chain loop at the back. Keeps the sweater from slipping.
Great idea!!
So cute!!! I’m want to make my little doggie one
Do you have a written pattern?
Sorry, I don’t have a written pattern for this one. Thanks for watching!
nice
Also need the length of the dog too.
Do you have printed free pattern. I cannot do the crochet at the regular speed. Thank you. I am 93
If you are watching on an iPhone, you can click on the 3 dots at the top right corner and select the speed option.
My daughter has a terror- I mean kitten named Mittens...she is currently attacking my yarn as I type.
😸
I found the video’s audio too low to follow along! 😢
No other complaints about the volume on this video but I did have some other comments about the volume on a couple of other videos. Might have something to do with the type of phone or computer people used to watch the video on.
Thanks for watching.
My sweater kept getting smaller and shorter 😱what did I do wrong?
The only thing that I can think of that you might have done is after your first row of single crochets, you must count each row as you make them and make sure that each row has the same amount of single crochets. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
@@crochetnut1114 ok thank you so much great video
hi i wonder if you dont chain one at the end when turning good luck
So cute! Where did you get this dog model/mannequin? I’ve been searching for one everywhere but this one is just too cute!
I found it on Amazon.🐕
@@crochetnut1114 thank you so much!
She thinks you should stop and pet her, instead of crocheting 😂
