I have a cold bath at night before I sleep. Some nights when it is warm I take a second cold bath or even another to fall asleep. Warm baths would definitely not make me sleep. I go to bed between a little before 11.00 p.m and I get up at 6.30 a.m. My dinner is about 5.30 p.m. Yet some nights I struggle to sleep. I am 67 years old and retired. I do strenuous exercises to control my blood sugar level. I am a type 2 diabetic for about 30 years with A1C of 7.5. Any advise for me Doctor.
