The price actually reasonable, especially the fact their is a car garage included with the house. I love the flip, simple with great space and quality 💪🏾

The kitchen change was HUGE on this house. Ton of value add with all the extra cabinets. The large deck/patio is probably a selling point - outdoor living. Great flip.

you guys should try flipping houses in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You can get really good looking houses around the 200-300k range.
