    Summary
    1. Simple food (Easily available in your local area)
    2. Homemade food
    3. Daily exercise(Produce good bacteria)
    4. Proper sleep (Very important)
    Note
    1. Hamen vah vegetable aur fruits khane chahie Jo hamare local area mein aasani se available hai, saste Sundar tikau hai,
    2. Hamen long time tak super food use nahin karna hai, dheere dheere unki quantity kam karte jaaye aur band kar de.
    3. Jab ham jyada dinon Tak isabghol use karte hain, to vah bad bacteria ke sat sat good bacteria bhi hamare body se nikal deta hai, hamen jyada se jyada 10 din se 15 din hi use karna chahie.

    Healthy homemade food khaye, proper exercise, good sleep le.

    I have had Maharashtrian friends and had observed their diet as much as you have described. Now that I am abroad, I can’t enjoy our Indian stuff. Through our Indian diet I still keep awaken most of the things but most of the times I don’t get the ingredients needed . What do I do in such cases. We don’t eat junk food. I am taking medicines which get me constipated. What do I do in my case. I love to listen to you and the mixture of languages and you remind me of my beloved Maharashtra and my Maharashtrians.     Thanks Rijuta Ma'am for this topic. Myself and my husband has been taking this churna powder since twenty years. First it started as a medicine for constipation and then when we got addicted didn't come to know. But have tried hard to let go of this habit but in vain. Looks like will have to take this whole life. Is there a solution? Please help. Thank you once again.

    I have IBS as the Gastroenterologists told me. Suffering since 9 months, lost 13 kgs in 10 months. The symptoms are exactly the same which you are saying in this video. Helpless out here. Want to get my health back. Its hampering my daily life a lot. But my issue is having many number of motions in a day which drained my energy, weight, everything. Accompanied by stomach burning and discomfort. I have IBS-M, but over active gut

      @@bratishabiswas5881 Both Diarrhoea & Constipation. Weight loss, loss of appetite. But i am still trying my best to diagnose if it's due to some infection or some disease. Still undergoing consultations with Gastroenterologist & Haematologists

    Maam I have a doubt, am starting my fitness journey and experts say 30% from excercise and 80% from food. Now I want to track my calories for 1500kcal and its just not easy task to track what food contains how much macros and 🕵🏽‍♀️ and am sure most of the people having this struggle dono wheather we are eating more or less, and hiring coach is difficult for students and housewife's 🤯 PLEASE HELP US WITH THIS MA'AM
