Two piece drive shaft installation on Carlos truck

We are finishing Carlos truck and adding the two piece drive shaft a very simple setup

yo bro so what all do i need to make a nbs extended cab fit on a nnbs crew cab , i know i need the 2pc driveshaft of extended cab but what u joints and yoke ?

Wouldn’t the crossmember need to have a little hump in the middle to raise the drive shaft where the bolts go into the cross member? I’m about to make one like yours but all the cross members I’ve seen have a 5-6” hump in the middle to raise the drive shaft

whats the nut size for the carrier bearing?

What I joint did you use? I’m having problems with my swap rn because the new u joint I put in is too big for the yoke on the rear end

you probably used a 1310 to 1350 u joint ? you need to get a 1310 u joint on all 4 sides

Yes they do making the crossmember the hardest part

Has to be from 99 to 07 extended cab Silverado or Sierra. To fit. My is a 2007 nnbs and has one out of a 2003 Silverado extended cab truck

It’s that drive shaft are you using will work on a 08 Silverado with out do any mods to the shaft

Yes just change the slip yoke to shorter one
