Thanks for making this video. Most videos on this topic are for people in their 40s just starting martial arts, and not so much for people continuing their training during and past 40. That being said, stretching and warming up has always been boring for me but I better start doing it more often if I want to continue to play haha. Take care 🫸🏽🤛🏽☯️

Yer, takes a little longer to get the engine running and you need to service it a little more often. But still plenty of milage left (hopefully)
