I just printed the mimosa dress last night for frugal frocks! I've never sewn a mood pattern, all 55 pages kind of all look alike... I'm quarantined at home with my sick 8 year old, so it may not get done before the 31st, but I'm really excited about this pattern!
Thanks for bringing up the Lobelia. I saw it earlier and thought it was really pretty. I sincerely appreciate the remarks you add concerning the garments. You often bring out things I would not have noticed or considered. :)
Sam the Sew magazine has a free to download dress pattern, it's called the Rosie dress and has a nice shirred waist. Also if you take out a subscription this month you will receive 3x3 lengths of fabric.
i haven't tried it but it looks like the eddystone jeans are constructed in a very similar way to the ginger jeans, so if you happen to own the ginger you may be able to use those instructions for guidance in making the eddystones. i was thinking about making them b/c the gingers do not fit my body very well.
Hi, I recall from Karinas video that there is a different way of constructing the fly than usual but not sure if it's a similar way to how the Gingers are made, it's a while since I made mine. 😊

Hi, I have cut out the mood fabrics Lobelia dress today, I have to say the pattern is printed incorrectly. The pieces are labelled wrong. It also tells you to cut lining! Fortunately I am experienced and can work it out. Definitely not for beginners
Is there anyway you could PM or email me the changes you made? I’ve been working on this pattern for 3 weeks now and I’m getting so frustrated with it. I’ve tried making my own changes but nothing has worked. 😫

Although I can draft most of the patterns, I have made some of patten's that you mentioned and are out there. Regarding free jean pattern I recommend Angela Kane videos tutorials she is great UK designer who also sells patterns and she has some free patterns as well like a tank top I think ..... I have downloaded it my self and it fits perfect ! Of course I am subscribe to your channel and to other channels that offer quality content 😘 hope you are well and safe.
I was just looking at this. Look at the four or five boxes above, click on xl for largest sizes and I believe it requires 5 yards however I am not sure what width is requiredd. Let me know if you figure it out, please! :)

I bought the April pattern right away...I love the wavy panel! I will do the shift rather than the gathered skirt as well.
