  • Reflexology Charts - which part of the foot relates to which part of the body? Foot Reflexology chart explained by expert Geraldine McCullagh, Reflexologist at Me-Time Therapies. Geraldine McCullagh is a qualified Reflexologist for 21years in Edinburgh.
    What ailments does Reflexology help with?
    As an experienced Reflexologist, Geraldine McCullagh has helped clients with
    Stress symptoms and anxiety
    Stomach pain & I.B.S. symptoms
    Back pain, shoulder and neck pain
    Arthritis symptoms in hips, knees, back

    I do reflxgy once or twice a month.. Everytime when it gets to my right foot, i would fall to deep sleep & wake up really fresh..then i ll know, he/she has done a good job..

      @@anikalex2012 i dont really know, tried to stay awake but somehow i would just 'fainted' away. I guess it must be at any point where you feel most exhausted. Usually right under your toe...depending which point you most 'make full use of'

      @nidhi Vv usually the masseur would do to both feet for the 'balance', because you may not know which foot you might need more work on. Believe me...it is worth the try...

    Each chart is a little different due to copyright issues. This chart is the most accurate to follow. It looks like the Ingram Method 👌

    This is why I want to be a registered nurse. A RN doesn’t necessarily has to specialize but just help the doctor haha
    I really hope to become a RN. 🤗🙏🏻😭❤️😁
    I am person who has so many interests so RN is best. I love cardiology too. Haha

      You will be laughed out of Nursing school if you so much as mention Reflexology.

      Sad to say, that Western medicine has gone from a desire to help people to heal, to becoming more of a legal drug pusher. To become a nurse, you will be studying more about the different pharmaceuticals to push, rather than how the body works and heals. No one can ever stop you from learning natural healing modalities and using them to heal yourself and others. If you become a nurse, it will be dictated what you must memorize and learn.

      @@AllPro777 You are correct, but in the state of Michigan, nurses are allowed continuing education credits to learn reflexology from an accredited Reflexology or massage therapy school. I guess Western medicine is starting to catch on. 😀

    • @lauraknighten9964
      @lauraknighten9964 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @ all nerves don't end at the feet some end in our hands or split to our hands... just try the ball of your palm or press between your pointer finger and you're thumb. If its really painful with very little pressure then start off slowly and keep rubbing in small circles and slowly in increasing the pressure until the muscles start to relax and it doesn't hurt. That is for back pain lymph node drainage and bronchial areas and the ball of your hand is your intestines those two places seem to be the most tense for most people and it's the easiest to show people how the Hand Works

    • @lauraknighten9964
      @lauraknighten9964 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I wish I knew how to send you the hand chart to you...if you read a comment a comment a few bits down asking if this was pseudoscience and I shared my story with them if you want to read that then you'll understand about how the hand does help so much ❤️

      @@lauraknighten9964 As an LMT, Ingham Method instructor and former Clinical technologist, I can say that all touch therapy influences the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system and everything else in the body. Just because mainstream University science doesn't fund the research, doesn't mean it's pseudoscience.
