Just a suggestion but try out a plastic call the imposter it's a prawn and infused sent and has crazy good action in the water I catch heaps of fish with them
Awesome bro!! Love your videos. Would love to try and use some soft baits and lures more because it’s so much lore interactive and less messy than bait. That’s why I love squidding. You’ve got some awesome conditions for fishing. Right now in Nz we’ve had a little rain so water won’t be very clear. Waiting for tides to be good next week so I can go squidding!! 😎
Great video :) I wonder if you might go over how you handle fish so you don't get spiked? Especially flathead, I had the idea they would shake their head and get you with their side spikes?
@@seemorebutts8834 Flathead have spines right next to their gills. If you get an undersized fish and want to put it back, sticking your fingers into it's gills will harm it.
@papzi. Newhaven pier is easier to fish. Catch good trevelly and pinkies as well as mullet and garfish.Best on top of flood. Todies will kill your baits sometimes Fish only 1 hr before tide change to 1 hr after change otherwise current is too strong. Another great spot is San Remo at low tide there is a big sand bar down east from pier. You can cast into channel, or catch fatties in the shallow. Be careful as tide comes in quick.
Hi, I live in Victoria, I remember when you went fishing at san Remo pier, I liven Phillip island, just across the bridge. Sick vids. I like fishing too! 🎣
