    Very impressive physique! I don't know if I asked this before but do you ever incorporate Bench Pressing into your strength training?

      Haha much appreciated, I actually haven't benched in about 3 years. I definitely prefer dips/weighted dips.

      Haha only things I've been eating consistently is that breakfast I showed (2 gf waffles w/ peanut butter, 2 sausage and a banana) and I also have a pretty high calorie muffin most days as well. Lunches and dinners are all over the place, just trying to eat everything I can lol.
