Jay's just using classic Bro Science.😂 But judging by his physique the goal must be to get jacked. Except a lot of people who do Calisthenics, yourself included, ARE jacked! In fact I think Calisthenics are way waaay harder than traditional weight training.
I dislocated my knee 3 times in the past weeks - every time sitting on the couch. There is a 10% chance of injury for me when I am on the couch. Maybe it's because of the Calisthenics? 🤔
As both a calisthenics athlete and a follower and practitioner of jays training which is HIT training he is explaining this poorly and not really for calisthenics athletes. The definition of exercise he’s using is the one from Ken Hutchins a brilliant exercise expert. But HIT in my opinion is the best for all athletes becuase it maximizes recovery and helps open up time to just train your skills
