I'm at 4 mins where the guy says 'stay tuned because you're going to see some great Choy Lee Fut moves .." tells me we won't . that's enough kickboxing for me thanks ...oh no , crap 'sticky hands' .. The sparring 'dat choy' is crap too , guy near falls over doing it .. all awful .
