Types of CPAP Masks | Different CPAP Mask Styles... Which is Best?

At present I'm using Philips Dream Nasal cradle Pillow's and would like to shift to Dream Wisp Nasal mask so do I have to buy the whole set like a new frame along with the Nasal Mask or Can I buy just the front mask and attach it to my existing frame? please suggest.
