      Gel is the saviour to combatting frizz. Get a small amount and run through your hands so that they are covered and praying hands it through your hair with it upside down and scrunch. Don't touch your hair AT ALL while its wet and drying either. That's the main culprit to making frizz appear.

      Amanda Walker no but the person who cut my hair combed my hair all the way out dry and caused a lot of damage. She then cut it as if it were straight hair, also dry, so I had to let my hair grow out a bunch and then get it trimmed correctly to fix all of the damage. So it seems like I got a big chop lol.

      Oh no 😭 Definitely try to find a curly hair stylist! I found mine on deva curl’s website, but I believe ouidad also has certified stylists as well. I’ve had my fair share of bad stylists as well and it definitely sucks wasting your time, money and hair 😭😭

I don't have the length I had but the curls look so much better and healthy actually probably over an inch grew back already and it's only been a little over a month ! It's worth cutting it

    I never really knew that I had wavy/curly hair every time I washed it, it was frizzy but not wavy or curly. Now I began to watch videos of how you refresh dead curls, because I got chopped of my hair a lot and found out they are a bit wavy but only in the lower section of my hair. @@amandarrwalker so you also didn´t cut them shot as you had a bit regrowth durinng transitioning from bleached to virgin hair? I heard the splitted ends from th bleach hair would go up. If thats true, it would also meet the virgin hair. Both is horrible cutting them too early so that the hair is very short but protected from split ends a the regrowth, as well as keeping the hair to not feel like having a very short hair cut but breakage also on the virgin hair which means, longer tansitioning.

    Do you have any tips on how to wear your natural hair at work without manipulation. I constantly put my hair in tight buns since I am in the restaurant industry and can't wear my hair down. I also didn't know that right buns damage your hair. Any suggestions?

    I’ve forgone heat for the last 5 years (literally. No heat). I’ve practically got hair that has NEVER seen direct heat and it still looks like stringy thin garbage (and I get trims every 2 months). I’m understanding why I used heat so much when I was younger but I’d rather sleep in than curl it in the morning so I haven’t started using heat again.

    Sulfates helps with product build up, you just have to find the right one... because some of them do dry out hair.. Tech italy doesn’t dry out my hair

      It will get better! Slowly cut the straight ends if you’re not ready to big chop :)

    Your hair looks so good.. I've been using keratin in my hair for past 6months and I think it has my scalp dry and I can't handle the half curly half straight look when its wearing off. Considering stopping all together. I was wondering what products you use in your hair for styling?

    • @Becksnnc
      @Becksnnc 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't use keratin if your hair lacks moisture. It's going to make your hair even more dry. Keratin is a protein. You need a balance. Deep condition until your hair isn't dry any more and if your hair starts feeling mushy or looking limp, that is when it's time to add protein.

    I have a question, I am an athlete and I use ponytails, I expose it to the sun, and sweat daily so that is why I wash it every day, although I still have thick, full and nice curly hair. My only issue is that the back middle part of my hair is very frizzy and most of my ends in that area are weird and they don't get as curly as the other parts. I can't not wash it every day because I feel very dirty with all the sweat, sun and dust, so my question is, how can I have a healthier hair even with the sun, sweat and ponytails?

I love doing buns but now I'm gonna need to hold that back / thanks so much this helped a lot you don't even know!!!💜 one question: is aloe vera gel good for you I hope you answer!!!!!
