    Before Shower
    1. 0:53: coconut oil first to detangle
make sure you use water to help it transfer, **do not use cheap diluted oils**
    2. extra virgin olive oil
    3. 2:59: extra dark castor oil - most linked to hair growth
    Sealing Oil
    4. 4:20: vitamin E oil, curling cream and gel
    5. 4:37: cold-pressed jojoba oil - great natural sealing oil, absorbs easily without grease
    6. 5:34: essential oils (peppermint and tea tree) - use jojoba as a carrier to massage them into the scalp
    Very useful, thank you!

Take morning sunshine daily for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of all colors. Using paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cooconion. Important to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by general health as well as circulation and diet.

If you want thicker hair then regular castor oil or Jamaican black castor oil

This is literally one of the best videos I've seen on hair- the proof is in her hair. Heavy emphasis is always on being able to EAT what you put on your body. One ingredient is also a must! Her routine is also crucial. My ONLY CRITIQUE is that we also need to eat well as hair and nails are a huge indicator of diet and health. Go Natasha!

    Soooo, I tried this.
For the overall health of my hair....this has been amazing. The 1st week I tried this routine I didn’t see much a difference, but by the second time I was finger combing to detangle and was amazed. I normally need a lot of conditioner, a wide tooth comb and a brush. I left the oils in overnight.
The style of her curls, which are just gorgeous, didn’t turn out the same for me. Obviously we have two different curl patterns but I thought my curls would be more defined with this routine.
What saved me was seeing another TH-cam video with a woman using a denman brush to define the curls after putting the products in her hair. The difference is unbelievable!! I wish I could show y’all the before and after pics. If she mentioned that brush in this video I totally missed it.
Thank you for this video. I FINALLY found my natural hair care routine!!

@Gina B you are so right ! I'm african American and Puerto Rican and clearly my moms genes are stronger lol My hair is 3b/3c/4a but my mom has 4a/4b hair and my dad has 2A waves. For the longest my mom always did my hair like how her mom did her hair and that was lots of relaxers and braids. From what I was told my hair was always nappy and in other words she didn't know how to take care of my natural hair. Once o became a adult I went natural and I was so discouraged because my hair was like a untamable afro and it wasn't until I used a conditioner that had avocado oil and protein I noticed that I had a curl pattern. From their on I learned that I needed to find out the perfect moisturizing routine for my hair.

This video did so much for my hair. The best thing about these tips is that the ingredients are all natural. Once a hairdresser told me that natural oils are bad for the hair because you can’t wash them off later, and they make the hair weak. If only he knew that artificial products, full of plastic, are the ones that actually do this. I almost believed that hairdresser, because I was using cononut oil but wasn’t getting good results with that. Now with the tips in this video I look like a godess everytime 😂 I get better results than a salon and it is way cheaper and better to the environment. In other words, works just perfect. thank you so much for the tutorial! 🥰

Born to an adopted dad with a full head of curls, but all straight hair in my family otherwise. So, I'm learning how to take care of my hair from you and other lovely people on the internet! Thank you for jot just saying what you do but saying why. I genuinely cannot thank you enough. Growing up with no one in my family who knew what to do with my hair was rough. I was teased all the time for my hair and didn't have a sense of community with anyone else so I felt quite isolated. Now though I feel welcomed and am being taught almost as I would have been by my family. I have 3B hair so not quite as much as yours but I still feel welcomed and educated here. Thank you for all you do

I LOVE oils for my hair! I used to add my oils to dry hair but ever since wetting my hair beforehand, and for sealing my ends, I've seen such a difference in that my curls come out more spirally and more moisturized and hydrated, water and oil are such game changers in my hair routine!!❤️❤️❤️🥰

This young lady is absolutely stunning. As far as her hair is concerned she was born with it case closed. Even if she would shave it all off down to her scalp-- wouldn't make a bit of difference. It would all grown back more beautiful than ever. Good genes, good keratin, good protein. She's young and she has an abundance of it. She's beautiful.

Caster oil makes my hair so soft. It feels like I just got my hair done at the salon after I use it as a deep leave in conditioner. I used it while finger coiling once and had it in my hair for four days. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 It also helps your thin patches of hair grow back in fuller.

My hair is the Queen of fluff. When I plait/canerow my hair, the moment I start oiling my scalp or spraying, fluff! I love 2 strand twist. My hair will spend its time and life unravelling! Ive decided at the age of 50, I can't be arsed! I will never have hair like everybody else's and there's no point trying. My hair is not keen on aloe vera, henna and coconut oil. All i can do is to work with what ive got! But im not going to spend the rest of my life fighting or coercing it into somewhere it doesn't want to go. My hair breathed a sigh of relief!
