40 വയസ്സായ എൻ്റെ സുഹൃത്ത് ഇപ്പോൾ 15 ശതമാനം മാത്രം വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന stage ലാണ് . കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഹെർണിയയും ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കാണാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ' കരൾ മാറ്റിക്കൽ ആണ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളത്. മദ്യം ഉപയോഗം ആണ് അസുഖത്തിന് കാരണം. 1 വർഷം മുൻപാണ് ഇത് കാണുന്നത് 'പിന്നീട് മദ്യം ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല . ഇപ്പഴും ആ stage ൽ തന്നെയാണ് നിൽക്കുന്നത് . ഡോക്ടറുടെ നിർദ്ദേശം എന്താണെന്ന് പറയാമൊ?
