Omg girl we have the same story, losing and gaining during the pandemic and I’m finally getting back into my old shape but I’m not stopping there I’m really believing in myself this time
Its really nice to find someone that looked a little similar to talk about a weight loss journey. Like I know it's all genetics but it's very refreshing! Thank you for sharing your journeyy
First time seeing someone with my actual physique around the same weight! Thank you for sharing ❤also you have the sweetest voice and seem very genuine, def subscribing!
Thank you for sharing! You’re so pretty and look amazing. I have yo-yo dieted for years now. Before I started dieting I was 143 I believe, and I’m 5’7. Then after college I gained and got up to 173. Then I lost and got down to 163 (my lowest weight in years). Gained it all back up to 183. Lost it, got down to 167. Gained it all back, NOW IM TRYING TO LOSE IT AGAIN 😭. Honestly it’s mental, you have to be mentally and emotionally prepared for this journey and be consistent. I love food though lol. How tall are you???
Yeah I completely understand the back and forth it’s sucks, but we ultimately just have to remember our why, but I wish you best of luck! You got this nothing’s impossible 😊 feel free to update me on your journey!❤️
Try incorporating more healthy fats like avocado and kale and maybe try eating pickled vegetables like olives and you know cucumbers capers those things really help cut back the sugar cravings and also recommend taking B 12 or B complex and iron because you may be lacking and nose vitamins and while you’re craving sugar especially the kind of sugar that you like it’s more like you really just probably like the fats rather than the sugar
Growing up my diet was bad too, I was never a big eater. All I needed was a bag of hot Cheetos, a sandwich, some candy for something sweet, and something to drink- and I was good for the whole day.
Thank you so much for sharing your journey!!! 100 percent of what you expressed resonated with me! I’ve been in the same boat for years!! Definitely took pointers from your vehicle!! You are amazing and you look beautiful!!! Keep going and and keep shinning bright!!! 🕊🌟🙌🏽
Meal prep doesn't have to mean the same meal the whole week. I meal prep 1-2 proteins, 1-3 vegetables and then I can throw that into something else. Like if I have chicken seasoned I can throw that into a veggie wok, or a home made wrap, or roast potatos and have that one the side
Really loved this, hearing you say you carried weight differently but your number was still high is me! Thank you so much for sharing!! This really helped and you are glowing ✨✨
Yes I gained weight when I came back home to finish my junior and senior year remote because of Covid went from 165-170 to 205 then I started working out towards the end of 2022, kept falling on and off with calorie deficits that lead to almost starvation which made grad school hard because I was exhausted, depressed and HUNGRY Now I’m from 190 with the goal of losing 30lbs but instead of trying to do it in 4 months I’m just working out, eating healthy and focusing on building my strength to feel better n beautiful in my skin
Literally such a similar story especially with the exhaustion from such a low caloric deficit. But I wish you best of luck on your journey, just gotta keep going!🤍
Thanks for sharing and telling us how you lost weight. I am on my 2nd part of my weight loss journey. I lost 60 pounds the first time and now on the journey to lose more. I want to lose a total of 120 and be 160. I am needing to work on my diet. And get more sleep. Some nights I cant fall asleep on youtube and social media all night. Tonight is one of those nights where im up watching weight loss videos and trying to get ideas and motivation and this is why the things i do really matter. I need to commit to losing weight. Thanks for sharing.
I think your my long lost twin sister body wise . We literally have the same exact story and now I’m back at my heaviest , going back into changing my lifestyle .. thank you for posting , it was encouraging as hell ❤
Yw love🤍 & I think a lot of people assume its a straight shot but its completely normal for your body to fluctuate throughout your weight loss/ gain journey. You're body is going through recomposition and it also takes a long time to change eating habits!
Honestly it's just something that reduces over time imo, my taste buds and body are more sensitive to sugar now so I can't consume as much as I was before or won't feel good after.
How tall are you? because baybae! You was definitely carrying that weight beautifully! 😅😅 I’m over here looking crazy at just 163 but I’m only 5’0 🤦🏾♀️
I literally searched through the comments for this question. Cuz I’m 152 right now looking like a Oompa Loompa and I’m 5”4. She must carry her weight in her toes or something 😂
Hey Love! I didn’t get any digestive system surgery done, I got hemorrhoids removed which was caused from straining and that’s what caused me to change my diet even more. Hope that helps!❤️
You look WONDERFUL, You should research an OLD Black Woman named - {BO TALLY WILLIAMS} She's 77 YEARS OLD, but she look 37 YEARS OLD, Her Body looks AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not a nutritionist, it's something you should definitely talk to your physician about but as long as you are getting in the appropriate amount of calories to lose, maintain, or gain weight each day, I don't think it matters the time frame.

You got to! Gotta be your biggest supporter😊 Keep me updated!
Giving myself a year instead of month takes so much pressure off me to be so strict. Thank you for this 🤎
You're so welcome! keep me updated on your journey!❤️

Oh and my weight caused me to be pre-diabetic, so at first I was really motivated to lose it. But I need to take it more seriously.
Yeah I completely understand the back and forth it’s sucks, but we ultimately just have to remember our why, but I wish you best of luck! You got this nothing’s impossible 😊 feel free to update me on your journey!❤️
@@michellegabrielleee Thank you 😞❤️ have you personally ever experienced daily weight fluctuations during your weight loss journey?

Yeah I really think a lot of us are just trying to find better eating habits and break bad ones to ultimately be healthier, it's hard but so worth it!

Amazing ❤
What was the procedure cause my digestive system is trash 🗑
It wasn't for my digestive system, I had hemorrhoids removed caused by poor diet
Do you think 14 year-olds can do intermitting fasting for a 14 year old?
I'm not a nutritionist, it's something you should definitely talk to your physician about but as long as you are getting in the appropriate amount of calories to lose, maintain, or gain weight each day, I don't think it matters the time frame.
@@michellegabrielleee Thanks alot I will definitely do intermitting fasting
