if your left airpod doesnt show up in the popup just press forget device in bluetooth. open the case and hold the back button until it turns orange. leave the case open for like 30 seconds. it worked for me

None of these worked to get the left airpod to work again. I'm 90% sure this is a clone because it used to have a light on both the stems when only in the charging case. Now only the right does. And when I first connected them it said "Not Your Airpod Pros" like it did in the video. Any help?

I have the same issue and all these steps didn’t work .. finally i get Apple support and the problem solved ... there was a connection issue with the left AirPod and they do some troubleshooting steps then it works fine now

2nd step helped for me, where simply clean the silver bottom tips of the EarPods and also using cotton bud, clean the inner case, the gold tips too
