Bro reset the earbud case by pressing the button for 5 seconds then open ur case wait for 10 seconds to pair both the buds with each other then u switch on ur Bluetooth in ur phone thats it bro ur gud to go .

Overall air bud mini its worth to buy......related to touch control volume function i.e. single tap dont work for music ,youtube etc but work for calling. The volume function work well in laptop but not on phone. Can u guide ?
Mine to...The Volume Touch Function Doesn't Works in Spotify , TH-cam , movies , etc...But works in Online Class Meetings

1. Fully charge your earbuds untill you don't see green light when you open the lid of case.
2.after u see green light, press the reset button for 6 secs, white light will blink 6 times then leave it.
3.unpair & pair again
4.should work now

my noise airbuds mini firstly works perfect for 5 to 7 minutes and then disconnect for a moment and then reconnects again. and this cycle continues for as long as i use them. i have checked on other smartphone devices and laptops also but problem still persists with all devices. please help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Okay guys here is a solution
1. Keep your earbud in case, keep the case open.
2. Press case button for 6 sec or wait for white light to blinking. Remember white light.
3. Remember before performing above steps unpair airbud from your device and pair it again ola you have done.

@Black Clover If your product is under warranty period then you can claim your warranty by mentioning issues you got with your buds, after a day or two customer care will contact you. Tell them your problems you have with your buds they will hep you by saying reset the buds if your issue is still not resolved they will contact your again in a day or two tell them that your issue isn't resolved yet they will replace your product.

Sir I tried it again and again but the issue is same as before. Both of them are not getting paired together only one earbud is working at a time. I am facing this issue since last 20 days.
I had the same problem, Bluetooth was detecting 2 mini pods. Only one works at a time. The solution is NOT mentioned in this video clearly but the process is same. Follow below steps.
1. Unpair/forget existing Bluetooth devices
2. Charge your minipods to 100% greenlight
3. Reset "Mobile Network Settings"
4. Open the lid of case and check whether both the pod lights are blinking
5. After a while, one should stop blinking - it indicates that both the pods have been synced. If that does not happen then press the RESET button on the case for 6 seconds without closing the lid until bottom white light starts 'blinking', usually takes 6-7 seconds. Repeat the process until only one airpod stops blinking.
6. Once it has been synced your phone bluetooth will discover only one device.
