Hi HowToiSolve! i have a problem with my airpods, but none of the airpods fixing video have reached my necessity. on my right airpod, everytime i put it in the case, the light flashes green and turns off, and it repeats until i put the other airpod in too, and when i try to connect it it doesn't even show up and does not give any noise. Do you think maybe there's a way to fix this?
I thought my AirPods Pro where seriously messed up, at first only one AirPod would work generally the one I put in my ear first then even the one that worked started cutting out. Your vid seriously helped Thanks
Hey everybody. I found another way. I actually found this way myself after getting frustrated that nothing in this video worked. So if this video doesn't work for you, try this method: while charging the airpods, unpair them from your phone completely. Then hold the button on the back for a long time. After a while it will start flashing orange, but don't let go. Keep it pressed until it goes back to white/green. Do this 3 times for a hard reset. Then pair them up with your phone again and they should work. (I did this on my airpods pro. I dont know if it works for the gen 1 and 2, but its worth a try) (edit to mention that it works on the airpods pro gen 2 as well)
^^^ and if this doesn’t work, change the dot to be in the middle of whichever side isn’t working and the middle. Worked perfectly for me and thanks manseh for saving me time
Thank you so much for the solution. Doing the restart after the first connecting works fine and fix the problem. In total you have to do the restart twice.

i only have one issue with my Airpod when i wanna use only 1 earbud only the right one works by it self but when i wanna use the left one by itself it dont work. Although they both work when am using them both but majority im going to be using one how do i solve this? am assuming i would have to get a replacement

I have had them replaced by Apple a bunch of times, and I've tried every fix I have ever seen. I went through your video, and they are working! Really, no Apple Genius could figure this out? However, when I was at the Apple Store in Santa Monica near Los Angeles, they mentioned they could have replaced the AirPods for free, but since I had removed the obstructed mesh, they couldn’t do it. It’s frustrating to spend so much money on these devices, only to throw them away when the battery needs replacing. How is that considered green technology?
I’ve literally lost my mind cause I went months without one of the AirPods working because I bought the wrong replacement first of all so while back I changed the slider to go to only one side so it at least sounded better and I recently got the right replacement and it wasn’t working and I was going insane. Till I saw the slider option again. Thank you so much

Try to reset your AirPods case and update your iOS or macOS software upto date. After that won’t work then go to Apple Servies center and ask them for replacement they will do if your AirPods age under one year.
