    Hi April! Thanks for the video, love how you make each tip fit seamlessly into the movement, so there's no need to stop!
    I have a quick question about the Roll Up: I've done it for a long time with flexed feet. I tried a couple times with pointed toes, and I could feel better my seat and my inner thighs. I've noticed it helps keeping my lower spine rounded as I lift off from my hips. But I'm not sure if it's the purpose, or it has another reason. I would love to know, if you don't mind! XO

      Sounds like you got it! You should definitely be feeling all parts working. I like to mix it up with flexed and sometimes pointed depending on what I'm working on. The flexed feet I tend to feel my backside more plus you gain stretch--- both ways are correct. And the lower spine lifting off your hips, is key! Thank you :)
