This is Fatimas first time ever doing Pilates, she did an amazing job!
Anyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates. We have systems for all body types, you don't need to be a dancer or an athlete.
Thanks April, I enjoyed watching you introduce classical repertoire to a newbie! I'm about to give some fitness reformer instructors their first traditional reformer session so I'm sure I'll draw on some of your tips!

Would this sequence be good for SENIROS, that are starting to lose walking coordination and basic ADL's.?
Absolutely, depending on their capabilities and strength but the reformer is always a great place to find symmetry and control. Maybe you'd leave out the flat back and tree on the short-box series, instead to standing ladder barrel stretches. Have fun ;)
hello, can I please bother you to what length is your reformer ? 80" or 86" ?

I am finishing up my teacher certification and will be teaching two classes, one of which is Gentle Reformer. Thanks you for putting the video together of a beginner. I am still getting my student teaching hours in and I have a few beginners lined up to practice teach. I will refer back to this repertoire and cuing.
