Random Guild Battles 17: Chilling Action!

Guild war against Hells Knights.
I originally built a Chilling for world boss and turned out he had some decent leftover runes on him (slot 2,3,5,6) so I finished his set with runes I pulled from other monsters (slot4 and 1) and tried him out in guild wars.
I gotta say, I did not expect to have this much fun with him, he's gonna keep those runes and join my normal roster now.
Also, FYI, I've been having pretty good results with him in RTA as well. Totally worth building.

Yay Chilling!
Right now my Fire SeaGuy is at +13k HP, +900 atk, +500 def, +86 speed, 80 crit rate, 154 crit damage, 20% res, 39% acc on Vio/will. He's one of my most used monsters for pvp and Toa so he has some of my best runes.
