Thanks Kimberly, it is so happy to see you put your recipes demo and can't wait for more demo because you really create so much fulfilling recipes and nutritious choices of healthy and vegan eating. I've been following you for almost three years and happy to see that you start making video again. I've just made the hemp milk after watching your video and yes it is definitely nutty, delicious and fresh, I don't have to always buy packaged nut milk from grocer anymore, now is more healthy, freshness and delicious! Thank you again. I hope you also keep up making video for us! Cheers!;)

That's amazing, and what a great mom for starting early with incorporating healthy foods into their diets. Keep up the great work! ;)

I really like to Blend the Chia Seeds in with everything else instead of soaking them... My pudding comes out very smooth & Creamy (maybe because I use less Chia Seeds)? Is this ok nutritionally? I like it too because it's ready to eat immediately.

You look beautiful, Kimberly! I love the way you do your makeup! And I love that you are uploading more to youtube now! I read somewhere that you shouldn't have more than one tablespoon of chia seeds a day, so I was wondering what are your thoughts on this? I usually have the chia seed pudding every day, it is definitely one of my favourite recipies that I have learned from you! Now I want to try making this hemp milk as well:) Thank you for this video! Sending you lots of love from Norway!

Hi Kari and thanks for tuning in! Generally, two to three tablespoons of chia seeds, whole or ground, will provide the daily requirement for omega-3s, per day. Always listen to your body first and foremost. Lots of love and support to you! ;)
