Thank you so much for adding these videos to TH-cam, Kim!! I've been wanting so badly to see what you've uploaded to Facebook but retired from it 2 years ago and refuse to go back. Instagram, podcasts and youtube is the only media I subscribe to so this is very helpful and supportive for us followers who do not have or want Facebook. I am a breastfeeding mama (son is about to turn 2 in a week!) and I've really been trying to shift our diet to vegan. I was already gluten free, dairy free, refined/ processed free (and all organic) but after all of my research throughout my lil buds life I find myself strongly pulled towards veganism. I have tried doing this but I find myself not feeling my best. Maybe I am not getting enough in because my son still feeds so much, but I stuck to my vegan diet and my period became very light. I've also read some vegans loose their cycle? What is the cause for this? Is this healthy? The only thing I find myself craving sometimes is organic chicken... what am I doing wrong?

You can sprinkle some water drops with your fingers and then put a lid on it. This process makes your gluten-free tortilla super smooth and pliable :)
