Great video and instructions. Right to the point. I make my cinnamon roll dough in the bread machine. I don’t like kneading…..lol. I’m assuming you’re a bread baker with the bannetons in the background, an Irishman maybe working in Denmark as a professional baker??

I’m a baker by trade. I work in a glass factory at the moment actually and dobreis on the side. It would be nice to do it full time! 😄
