Hello Max, and thank you for your work and all your help. In your opinion, is it possible to create a Midi Drum Pad on Loopy Pro to control DJstick 2 on another iPad in which there would be our Loopy Pro session? if you have an idea, thank you, I can't create this at all. See you soon.
Awesome! I’m going to play around with this. I’m guessing you can use CC to control parameters in hx stomp (say a slider to delay time, or a slider for pitch bend amount?)
How do you like this pedal for acoustic guitar? I'm deciding between the HX one and the Zoom AC-3. A couple people had said they don't like the HX stomp for acoustic guitar... however, you have the most beautiful sound quality across your videos! Thanks for any thoughts, and for your content.
I love it! Even without iPad/Loopy. Zoom AC-3 looks like a toy after the HX Stomp. I've been using Zoom A3 for a few years, so I know what I am talking about 😄 The key is pickup (or pickup system). I use Fishman Rare Earth Mic Blend as my main pickup. It has a built-in mic for that natural acoustic vibes. Also, I got a second output jack. It’s a simple piezo disk pickup just to capture kick sound :) Example th-cam.com/video/BriELCqTJ04/w-d-xo.html
@@max_yar_guitar Thanks so much for your feedback! Very helpful about the pedals. I may start with testing the HX one for the time being, but we'll see! I have similar delicacy or beauty to my guitar playing style and quality matters so much in it similar to yours. I'm currently using a nylon string Taylor (without a pickup system) and haven't found a good nylon string pickup system to install so I may need a new guitar soon. Been playing into a sm58, which of course gets tricky for looping.
Over the USB connection. It sends an audio signal and MIDI. My iPad got a lighting port, not the USB-c, so I need an extra adapter for that. More details here th-cam.com/video/LtNlcWgWTUY/w-d-xo.html

Max,love your videos! But when is the loopy pro course coming out? Hopefully soon🤞
Thanks! Working hard on that, but I won't set any date, sorry. Appreciate your patience! :)

There are a couple of great pickup systems for nylon strings guitars:
1 K&K trinity
2 Acus Phantasma
Highly recommend both of them.
Many thanks 🙏
Awesome
Can you trigger the cc changes via the sequencer?
Not for now. But you can use dummy (just silence) audio clips and follow action :)
Отлично)
Спасибо!)
How do you send MIDI from an IPad?
Over the USB connection. It sends an audio signal and MIDI.
