Pretty wild I found this video now by chance. I literally am starting a build with the exact same pedal board, and all of the same pedals and HX Stomp, except for the Tempus. I am using is different reverb pedal. This was awesome to watch. Thank you.
Nice, I have the same setup but in a Nano+ board, really as in the same as what you have setup, HX Stomp, Specular Tempus and Dunlop X Mini Vol, but mine I added a tuner as well in between. Thank you for sharing and God bless!
My board looks very similar, but I have a the MC6 and a couple of drive pedals running through the effect loop in the Stomp and then into the Specular Tempus. These two pedals are massively powerful on their own, especially with midi added!
@@mandin182 In my case the signal chain is Volume -> HX Stomp -> Specular Tempus -> direct to the Mixer/DI-box. If you want to use the board with a Amp you would have to decide if you want to have the Specular tempus in the effects loop of the amp (if it has one) or run it in front of the amp.
First time viewer. I am also on a journey to have a minimal pedal board for church. Great content. Thank you for your hard with. You have a new subscriber!
Könntest du mal zu dem Song (Würdig) von Urban life worship einen Helix Patch erstellen? Die E Gitarre klingt dort echt gut und ich bekomme es irgendwie nicht hin den nachzustellen.
Thank you ☺️ Signal chain is Volume -> Stomp -> Specular Tempus. I use the specular just for reverbs and I have reverb last in the signal chain anyways so I wouldn't gain anything important by putting it in the FX loop. I would just have one block less available on the stomp. That's why the Specular tempus comes after the stomp
It's not in the performance but in the block limit. If you use multiple effects that take up a lot of DSP power, some other DSP power hungry effects are not available anymore and you start to run into limits

What reverb did you end up using? I’m building a board very similar to this but the Tempus is almost as much as I paid for my HX Stomp.😂

Man that sounds like a fun board! 🔥 I recently tried adding a analog drive before the hx stomp and it really sounds awesome!
Interesting, that’s exactly how I plan my Pedalboard, how would be the signal chain in case you want to use with an amp and direct? Thanks!

I have similar board but chassis ( HX and cioks7) gets very warm after a while, is it Normal???

Michael, great video and much appreciated. I also use an LT at church and have added an HX Stomp to use at Thursday evening practices.
Great to hear! I also have the LT and choose if I want to use the big Helix or the mini board on a given occasion.
Many Thanks! 💯
nice build ~cheers
Thank you!
Nice build! 🔥
Thanks, although not nearly as impressive as your board 😅
@@michaelseebass A small board like this would still be a nice addition for me as well. 👌🏻
Super video! Und sehr sympathisch :)
The Specular Tempus is awesome, surprised it’s being discontinued. Great smallboard.
Ah that was new to me! It indeed has some excellent sounds.
Great video!
Nice work :)
Thanks man!
Nice board man! But can’t you just use the line 6 back pack to carry the LT for walking??
Great video. What are the leads for the Stomps power? Can you provide Amazon links to them please?
Oils you speak to your signal path and also, does your foot pedal act as an expression pedal, or just volume?
Gracias!

Hi Nice setup. Can you Share the links to buy them. I want something like triste. Please

Interessanter Vorschlag, ich hör mir den Song mal an, kann aber im Moment nichts versprechen
Nice video. Is your signal chain Volume Pedal -> Stomp -> Delay? Or is the delay in the FX Loop of the stomp?
Thank you ☺️ Signal chain is Volume -> Stomp -> Specular Tempus.

@@michaelseebass Makes perfect sense, thank you!
do you have a link to the HX stomp adapter you use? great video by the way!
Thanks! You need these 2 with the Cioks PSU: www.thomann.de/de/cioks_3050_flex_typ_3.htm and www.thomann.de/de/cioks_8800_parallel_adapter_flex.htm
@@michaelseebass thank you so much for sharing
Hey, nice video man! What is the name of the cables?
Thanks! They are just called Rockboard Flat Patch Cable www.thomann.de/de/rockboard_flat_patch_cable_black_45_cm.htm
Nice video man! Quick question: when you say reverbs take a lot of DSP, how do you see that reflected in the performance of the HX Stomp?
It's not in the performance but in the block limit. If you use multiple effects that take up a lot of DSP power, some other DSP power hungry effects are not available anymore and you start to run into limits
Where is your expression pedal in the chain?
Can you share the link of the product you used to attach the pedals?
3M Dual Lock - amzn.eu/d/8Cf510n
what is the dimension of the pedaltrain?
Its a pedaltrain Metro 16. I don't know the dimensions out of my head but you can find them probably easily.
Buy a Boss GT1000 🤣
