I didn't think he was being honest as soon as Bart asked him if he was nervous he was in a multi way pot with KK and he said no. Bart was expecting a truthful answer. Ive watched maybe 2 or 3 of Barts vids and thought he was just a robotic player, after this one I'm starting to see he is human and gonna give more chances to like him. Cause what I saw when Bart asked that question and the guy said no he was thinking why wouldn't you be, cause Bart was thinking you probably should be... and if you are not you might be lying.
I have played a decent amount at mgm springfield. people sit down with huge stack sizes 1000$ (cap) in 2-5 and 500$ (cap) in 1-2. so there are basically people sitting down with thousands and they are just as bad as any other casino. lots of bad loose aggressive regs.

125 seems good since you wanna keep in queens with mediocre kickers as well...someone with QT or QJ (especially clubs or spades) might fold to a near-pot bet...which is what i think she has a lot of
Why do you choose larger turn sizing and small flop sizing, when you have no real bluffs in your range given you cbet 4 ways. Qh is on the board, yes she'll have a lot of Qx but what is she beating that bets 2\3 flop on flop and turn? If she has KQ, is she targeting 2 combos of hero's QJs utg? Strongly disagree with turn sizing given the static board.
The Small Flop sizing is due to The 3 callers behind and the fact that the "Polarization" advantage is with the late position callers... the Q is the only card hitting the Hero's "Raise First In" Range. He hold Range advantage (C-Bet more frequently) but lacks Nut Advantage (Size smaller) on that flop. Once the C-Bet folds out the 2 late position callers leaving only UGT +2 behind, he can narrow her range to her Q's and other possible calling hands (which he beats) and her sets (6 combos) of 7's and 5's plus any 2 pair combos (not likely she has any 2 pair on that flop... maybe 2 combos of 7,5s if she is polarized with those). So knowing she holds mainly worse hands he wants to extract maximum value knowing she likely won't fold any of her Q hands. This allows him to size up the turn bet, setting up for a river jam if the run out is clean. At least that's my thoughts on it.
I guess I'm guilty of "monsters under the bed" but that raise on the turn with such a dry board felt like a set of 7s. Please explain how to rule out sets.
One of those times where just gonna have to pay them off, 3 combos of pocket 7s compares to the 12combos of AQ and 12 of KQ, like hart said they might be also going for a stop raise to induce a check by villain on the river rather than just calling and facing a shove in the river, to add to that the check on the river is missing value 100 percent as if your against a set there gonna shove if checked two on these size and your never gonna fold, where’s AQ is more than likely gonna call a Jam but will most likely check behind, the only real scary possibility is 5 7 suited that would maybe check behind but call an all in.
yea I had ruled out Qx as whats the point of raising that and i cant see any obvious bluffs after she called flop, but with the description of her being aggro then i suppose you have to sigh call
Most women in 13 if they are older rec players they are not raising w only a q on the turn typically. Also I think she likely will fold aq to a jam because she's not thinking pot odds she's getting at13. She is just thinking dollar amount and how strong he looks which is insanely strong.
lol iwin // that’s right. The UTG+2 player portrayed sets (or 2 pairs at least) with her wrong play. In her seat I would raise at the flop, and fold it on the turn if my opponent bets again and I do not improve. This would mean that I am 96% beat. This is based on a simple question; has my opponent have a value cards (pocket AA, KK, 77) or missed the flop (pocket AK).
@@scottfrederick7572 Seems like an amateur move, she folds out bluffs and can get jammed on as Bart says, then she wont fold the Qx.Shes not getting better than AQ to fold
Maybe she saw the hero's hands shaking. If she's an experienced player she may have picked up on him playing above his comfort level. This guy sounded nervous during the phone call, his voice was waivering.
The caller says $750 effective. There is a graphical error in the stack, so play off of what I am saying at $750--Bart
And this is the entire point of the hand.. he only has about $350 left in his stack after the call on the turn in a pot of about $830.. Bart

It’s nice that the guest caller is actually honest. Sometimes they make weird justifications and you can tell they were really just on auto pilot.

Funny that this is the title of the video after you messed up your opponent’s stack size in the last video. :)
I'm a casual player I learned a lot this video. Thanks. I had to rewind a few times in the middle of the video to digest.
I agree. That is a pretty clear turn jam.

Maybe it's because most players are hardly thinking about their opponent's range?
and thats why she raised with AQ on the turn?

Don't be such a nit
Pretty sure a set would slowplay. Poker is fulll of people slowplaying when it's terrible, so why wouldn't they do it when it's actually good?

Where do I fill in the application where u take me under ur wing??
Mgm Springfield gets some good players, we should of put it in another city! I sat next to Moneymaker for 3 hours. He played here for a weekend.
Basic question - when someone says ‘Queen X’ does that mean QQ?
No. “x” means any other card. Qx can mean Q10, KQ, AQ, Q2
Great Call!
Thanks for your Help
Hilarious commentary to start the video.

Why didn't hero wait for blinds to go around?? Was table short?
Hahahaha Springfield is a "Shithole" .. truer words have never been said !! Hahhaahhaaaa Bart you are the man lol

I’m building my bankroll right now one day I’ll be playing 1000/2000 blinds
I'm thinking villain has a set.
Why did she raise the turn? Weird move imo.
She saved money and made it to showdown, exactly what Bart was saying in the video.

Haha, nice stop raise
As played, hero has to jam on river.
Size matters
This guy who called in sure likes to ramble on vs get to the point.

Caller was too worried about losing and not about making the right play. Hopefully after Bart's coaching, he'll think differently when at the table.
Bart always looks so bored with the callers. Look more alive pretend you’re interested man...frustrating looking at these...
