    Sir you directly divide the absorbance with slope but you have to minus the intercept first and then divide

    • @devashishrane476
      @devashishrane476 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The intercept is so small that its nearly negligible

      Still you can use the intercept as it'll provide some accuracy

      Remove dilution factor column others are as it is

    Dilution factor for 10 is not 10 it’s 2. And where is per ml concentration for calculating 900 ml conc?

    • @PharmaResearch
      @PharmaResearch  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its correct, dilution factor means your 1 ml sample dissolve in how much ml of solvent before checking the absorption,
      In my case I dissolved my 1 ml in 10 ml
      So I multiply with 10 dilution factors
      And I get the concentration in 1 ml ultimately If you have any query I will explain in brief leave your number I will connect with you thanks

      @@PharmaResearch yes sir it is correct but
      I didn’t get 2 steps-
      1. Formula for concentration it is Y-C/M but your taken Y/M
      2. For calculating you have to take per ml concentration as your taken 10 ml concentration then multiply by 900 so it become for 9000 ml

    idont understand why we calculate concentration in 900?

    • @souravdas-cf6ru
      @souravdas-cf6ru 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      as becuse the dissolution was performed in 900 ml buffer solution. if you are doing the drug release study in 50 ml then change 900 ml with 50 ml.
