    Can you please make a vedio on column chemistry.....a vedio having deep knowledge of all columns and thr related behaviour with analytes or products ? Your all vedios are all time best to clarify all the doubts.

    Thank you for your nice, clear, and forward presentation on calculating F2.
    I have a question if you may please,
    What shall I do if I got high variability in my dissolution at a single time for the 12 units, i.e. the RSD% is more than 20%?
    I can't use F2 here.

    Thanks sir, can u please answer these two questions
    1) which bcs class of drugs are eligible for dissolution? (i think 1 and 2 sir because we don't give low permeability drugs through GIT. please correct me if wrong.)
    2) why do we perform infinity time point study..in which the rpm is set to maximum.( Maybe to check the max release?)

    Sir if Test product cross 85% at 45 and 60 minutes sampling point and references product doesn't cross 85 % at any sampling point in this case what we have to do..?

    Hi, sir good presentation. I have a question about f2 calculation my Reference product is rapid dissolution and it is release is 92% in 15 minutes, but the test drug release is only 79% in 15 minutes so, how do select the 3rd-time point for f2 calculation???

      Any profile shall not have more than one time point with greater than 85% drug release. In this case, you have to compare profile up to 15 min as your ref product has achieved over 85% drug release
