👍👍👌 இப்படியும் சைது பார்க்கலாமே.... ரொம்ப சிம்பிள். பாவக்காயை பொடியாக நறுக்கவும். புளி + வெல்லம் பாவக்காய் அளவுக்கு ஏற்ப எடுத்து தண்ணீர் விட்டு கரைத்து வடிகட்டி வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும். வாணலியில் எண்ணெய் கொஞ்சம் கூட விட்டு கடுகு, கடலைப்பருப்பு மற்றும் வற்றல் மிளகாய் 2 சேர்த்து சிவக்க வறுத்து பொடியாக நறுக்கி வைத்துள்ள பாவக்காயை போட்டு கிளறி, தேவையான அளவு உப்பு, சாம்பார் பொடி, மஞ்சள் பொடி, பெருங்காயம் சேர்த்து கிளறி கரைத்து வைத்துள்ள புளி வெல்லம் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும். மிதமான தீயில் வாணலியை மூடி வைத்து அப்போது திறன்து 10,15 நிமிடம் கிளறி விடவும். சிம்பிளான பாவக்காய் பொரியல் ரெடி.... வாய்ப்பளித்த தற்கு நன்றி 🙏🙏
