I have been playing chet Atkins style for a while but just couldn't figure out walking bass.
Your tutorial was excellent in helping me understand.
In fact , I knew the blues baseline and the chords to add, just could not imagine them together. But, after an hour of practice with this tutorial, I've almost got this walking bass down and looking forward to finding new combinations within this structure!

I heard through family a while ago. My stepdad was Jimmy Copley but sadly he passed in 2017. Extremely talented drummer. Introduced me to a lot is music. He played with Paul a lot. Head hunters is a top 10 album for me. Was pretty sad.
