- Timing belt idler got stuck on the little b2000 mazda truck so ate the timing belt,full job takes one hour having the right tools and the parts ready to install!!

Engine timing is good but you failed to replace the front crankshaft seal at the same time. Engine front is all gunky and crudded from leaking seal.

Buen dia amigo tengo una mazda 2000 me tira aceite la parte de atras de la tapa de puntería ya cambie la junta de la tapa de punterías ahora cambiare el reten de arbol de levas??sabes si lleva un empaque x la parte de atras el arbol de levas??? Y si la polea del arbol de levas la tengo qnapretar con torquiemtro??? Saludos buen vídeo

You didn't show how to tension the belt and that was what I really needed to see. Still a good video.

The tension is commanded by the tensioner spring! The one that is almost 3" long and make sure the tension is on the right side of the timing belt "the side without the tensioner" 👍

I have a question if you can help me out let me know I have a 91 Mazda B 2200 sounds like it doesn't have no compression and I thought the timing belt was broke but it's not what can it be and I thought it was the timing off but it's not

That one is a snap on but there is cheaper ones in the market like Milwaukee 👈 cheaper and with more power
why take off rocker cover?
replace the water pump while you are in that far as it is the idler.
