Good luck to you in the 2024 Olympics! , your hard work also inspires me to become a better person in 2024. I will watch your game in front of the TV, come on! Love from Chinese fans❤
brilliant video, can't wait to see you two smash Paris. Looked like a brutal return to training at 100%, I'm gonna have to start including those circuits after sessions
Best wishes for 2024 and lots of rewards for your efforts! Thank you for this 3rd episode. Please, could you take training images (at altitude) in the fantastic scenery of the roads towards the Teide volcano ?
I would love a video focused on all the different things you do to recover? I think one of the biggest things that sets pros apart is their ability to recover well (from a mental aspect; and also from a lifestyle aspect) but seeing how I can take some of those into my own life would be great!
I'm really enjoying the series! Might want to use the cold water immersion stuff sparingly. CWI has many benefits including quicker recovery as they reduce inflammation, but inflammation from training may actually be helpful for eliciting a positive adaptation. So it might not be the best idea to do CWI post workout. But of course don't take some rando's advice, I encourage you guys to do your own research.
There's definitely a culture of just yeeting yourself into cold water in Denmark, you see groups jumping off the piers in Copenhagen and freediving comps have been, probably still are, held in the sea off the top of Jutland. Looking forward to the next video!
@@linalaviainielsen836 . Agreed. This is definitely going to be Motivation for me to push myself to new Levels after watching this. Thank you Ladies for the Inspiration.💖
Many people lift weights and run after work, so it is interesting to see the modern Olympic athletes so pampered that they train all day and that is their "job"
it’s because most of what you see on these vlogs are training clips, of course it’s not as exciting for our viewers to record our downtime when we’re not training! ◡̈
400m is speed endurance, strength is the foundation of endurance, years of specialized run training has been maxed. Lifting after track work is a wasted effort. There comes a point when a dedicated Lifting session will be of greater benefit than a day at the track. Day off before, day off after. You cant effectively build strength after that type of exertion. ☠️
03:29 I just learned I apparently am a psychopath lol. Instead I stall later on and could stretch for 20 min without realizing how much time has gone by.
The way you take your sister's shoes off and massage her legs after a hard session moves me a bit, so much love and support in that small gesture. I live in Tenerife, I really like your vlogs. You are both an inspiration! Keep it up!! ❤
I fill up my water bottle AT the track you’re ahead of the game doing it on the way if I’m entirely honestly 😭😭😭 I bloody love a new Nielsen vlog!!!

You two should visit Kenya after Olympics for some safari in Kenya.
And i want to host you guys in my podcast
Pertinent questions. Longevity? Volume based training vs intensit👍y based training? Effort, wisdom, efficiency? ☠️👍😜🤩
What's up?! Are you ready for compete in Paris 2024 this Summer at Olympic Games?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

yeah yeah, best job in the world ◡̈
Strength, the other half of the last 150m.
what track is this that looks nice
Is that track/gym area open to anyone to use?
How do you how much to train? so you’re not over training. Hard to see how you get that balance
it’s because most of what you see on these vlogs are training clips, of course it’s not as exciting for our viewers to record our downtime when we’re not training! ◡̈

haha sorry! It’s actually ok, we’re just lazy when we first step onto the track!
Ready for Olympics?
これほどまでに英語を聞き取りたいと思ったことはない。

Great content as always
Hope the bug isn't lingering and you are both training well.
Thank you! Luckily the bug only stayed a couple day, so I was able to get right back into it!!
Pure class. Just love the vibe
@ 0:19 Total unrehearsed synchronicity that only identical twins could do.
Can you upload your full workout plan 400mh
Are there any tips from the danish training style that you have picked up and think are beneficial?
I can do 100 meters in 60 seconds these days!
