We are both professional athletes in the 400m and 400mh events who have competed in the World Athletics Championships. Join us on this journey to see us both at the Olympic Games, in August of 2024!

Let’s see how they do when the big girls show up in the Olympics 🤔 that’s when it shows who’s really fast and who’s who of 400 metres . I mean when i see out GB girls line up and against the USA girls and JAMAICAN girls even Poland I no that the chances of gold and silver are extremely unlikely . GB women only ever seem to fight for bronze medals if their lucky. I’m not sure what they put in the water for them lady’s but whatever it is makes them the best in the world and GB is always chasing them not being chased. The line up of the above race made them look very fast but when you have women running a 49 . Second 400 metre race how do these girls up their game and be real gold medal contenders? This is a serious question? Because it isn’t just 400 metres it’s 200 and esp the 100 metres we rarely figure . I dread to see one women in the 400x100 metre race coming up in Paris and hope to god they put Dina and Amani lansiquo , asha Phillip and Daryl neita . I hope they don’t put in the girl who they did in one of the last relays they did because the girl in question lost us 2 places on the relay. Lansiquo ran against Fraser price and absolutely stuck with her and even was slightly infornt on her leg, she then passed it to the next lady who just isn’t fast enough i iv seen her run many times and think she’s just not fast enough she put the team back 2 places from gold medal position to bronze..I Dnt want to name her but I really hope they don’t use her in Paris . We have to have our fastest women if we’re to compete with the bigger girls who as we all no will come to Paris with their A game .I Dnt want to sound like I don’t appreciate the girls representing the uk coz I do . But when it comes to the Olympics we have to use our fastest girls end of .. if the US and JAMICAN lady’s and the polish girls had of bein in this race it would of ended very diffrent to how it did. It’s almost like the GB women line up against the fastest women in the world and have a belief that they can’t beat them. I mean even femke Bol she’s so fast how would it of gone down with her in the race? This race had no real competition in it . Not on the world scale.granted our GB women have got a little better over the years but we still have troubles beating the top girls . If it was me running the above race I’d put things in to perspective and think who was I running against? We’re they world class? Olympians who have won countless medals or world champions ? No their wasn’t so of course these 2 lady’s are going to look fast of course they are . They should go and train with the best women in the world . Practice and run against them on a regular and watch them eventually beat them coz atm unless america or Jamaica make a mistake in a race GB women are lucky for a bronze or 4th !!
Congratulations Ladies. Both of you truly Deserve it. Racing with your Sister on a World Stage is gotta be one of greatest accomplishment yet. I can wait for you two do next. You two are the Coolest Sister Duo Athletes by far. The Sky is the limit at this point.

I almost cried when u saw ur PB in the final!
Being Dutch and living in the US, watching athletics content has been pretty hard. I'm so glad I found this! In the decades that I've lived and followed the sport, I've always been a fan of the British team and how the Brits celebrate their sports. As a former multi-eventer I'm a big KJT fan, but the 400 has a special place in my heart as well. Good luck to you both at Worlds and in Paris!! (I'll cheer for my country's team first, but I hope you guys can join us on the relay podium!)

Idk if you’ll see this but I saw Laviai in my first relay race on TH-cam, NBC Sports. I’m a twenty-seven year old guy that’s usually into American football, soccer, and baseball, but the glassgow relay was very entertaining. The video opened with Laviai smiling and waving at the camera, and it’s amazing to see such beauty in a very fit athlete. I’m a new fan of track and anything you’re apart of. I read up about you and your sister’s MS diagnosis, and I hope the both of you continue to live life to the fullest. Never give up 💪🏽❤

With all due respect to Ms Klaver any movement in the SET position constitutes a false start and a DQ. I am not suggesting she tried to anticipate the gun, I am sure her twitch was just a twitch. But if a change of pressure is recorded on the start block that should be considered a false start IMO. In any event, (no pun intended) you represented GB was grace and honour. Thank you.
