Im a budding athlete who enjoys taking aspects from different sports and applying them to my training. It's great to see South Africa as an elite training destination 🤌🏽
as a triathlete I+m curious to see how sprint athletes train and this channel is really good. Really looking forward to see more episodes of road to budapest! :D wish you both all the luck for your training!
Thanks for being so generous with your time and sharing your camp experiences. Makes me nostalgic for my time on the track (many moons ago). It also motivates me to get my butt out there and get some running in 😉. Will continue to tune in for your journey.
Thank you, we’re glad you’re here! We’ll share as many of our thoughts as we can, but unfortunately, as this is our coach’s programme that he’s worked hard in curating, we can’t share too much detail.
I just found out this channel, and i watched every video, i love them !!! Also could you add random subtitles in the video? It would make it easier to understand for people who don't speak english :)
I am a 2nd year track coach at a small private school. Last year I had 6 athletes make it to State and compete this year I am heavy on 400 meter runner from 12th to 8th grade. Most first time runners this off season what can I do for base training our first meet is March 11th and regionals is April 26th
I have no idea why youtube suggested this to me, but damn, your determination is insane. And the bodies you girls have developed are highly highly impressive. How tall are you btw?
I notice in your upper body session you did bodybuilding style training, especially with the chest flies. I was surprised to see sprinters doing that. What is the benefit of you doing that? Does it help with sprinting in some way, or do you just want to have sick pecs?
yes it’s summer there when it’s winter in Europe, and much closer to us than for example, Australia. Also the facilities here are perfect for our training 🙌🏽
too much body training in gym. that is no good for young folks even at world elite level. you must be supple and spend as much time as on tracks or nature. gym training overrated for athletics. my 2 cents.
Remember Dear Beauties! No heavy training 1 day before start !!! Good Relax and a massage + light food including raw beef, veges and red wine... Raw beef muscle from beef tenderloin, topside or entrecote (young bull or heifer) cut with ceramic knife to very very fine pieces... you add onion and cucumber pickles all cut to fine cubes + 1 goose egg yolk + salt and pepper fot taste mix together with olive oil from Spain... with garlic warm butter on a slice of bread with lettuce... and this you must have 2 hours before start... you can also have a good lavazza espresso with honey 15 minutes before start... with a Swiss Dark Bitter Choco, ok? Every Day after the heavy training have a glass of a red beetroot fermentated juice... how to make? please, see below: th-cam.com/video/a7yrkvJgdWI/w-d-xo.html Drink one glass minimum every day... when the fermentation is finished, you can cook the rest of cubes and add to a veges soup... Enjoy and win!

@@linalaviainielsen836 yeah same same...surprised it's still going on. I experienced it 2019
400m training is no joke I can't imagine training for the 800m, running the 800m really hurts. I ran it one time and didn't run it anymore 😂😂😂
I just found out this channel, and i watched every video, i love them !!!

When the audio cuts out is it due to copyright infringements with the song choice?
this african sun looks good on y'all 😆...hint hint👀
Wonder if the Nielsens have compete in Eugene, Oregon in the US in 2022?
we did, there’s a video on this channel of some of our time there! th-cam.com/video/ppGNB2EeNlY/w-d-xo.html

Muscle balance and posture I believe
are you still in South Africa aka Cape Town?
Loadshedding’s such an opp.
more like these prease and thanchos
there’s more coming!!
My bad..lavai
You need to break the speed limit. If you don't beat time you're wasting your time. The universe is unforgiving (It can work the other way as well)
I agree with you
Is there a reason why you choose SA for training?
yes it’s summer there when it’s winter in Europe, and much closer to us than for example, Australia. Also the facilities here are perfect for our training 🙌🏽
Lanai could run the 200m if she trained for it...needs a better start..
Who @ 12:19
Who is the women running 10.9?
her name is Dezerea Bryant :)
