I think it would be awesome to have like the first one with the garage one attached to it so ya can park your car and four wheeler and even a lawnmower and have a door to go inside the house out of the weather 🤩 as that’s the way to go with a big open porch on the front an back deck ♥️
You do such great promos for the company, and have for years. I honestly feel like at this point they should just give you a shed. If they had to pay for a spokesperson and the ad production that you've provided and helped to provide over the years they would've spent more than the cost of your new shed. Believe me I know of what I speak because I worked at a TV station for 12+ years and for a few years part of my job involved marketing. We sold our on air time for both TV and Radio. We sometimes did self promotion campaigns too and contests to boost viewership. All of that advertising is pretty pricey. Plus you Jared are essentially acting like a spokesperson for the company. You are talent they would have to hire and pay. You are someone that is a TH-cam celebrity and someone who's work ethic people know. You are someone that is trusted, recognized and you have a built-in fan base Also you've paid for the company product out of pocket in the past and you've decided to purchase from them again, you've proven your loyalty for their product. Also you are a perfect representation of who their target audience should be for both shed to house as well as storage options. The viewers you have are who the company should be targeting for sales in both of those areas. Anyway I really do wish they'd realize the ROI they'd receive by simply gifting you the shed of your choice. It would be a pretty perfect exchange.
Hi Jarred, I love the first bldg you showed us. It has style, & looks classy just like you. It will look beautiful setting on that beautiful property you have prepared to be your home. You can finish that home beautifully. Just be sure to put in a kitchen island that you can put a couple of nice looking bar chairs up to, for a couple people, & you can use it to sit down at & do food prep work, and then enjoy your meal. I can see you & Matt cooking & eating together in that kitchen. So glad to see you back home with the family. It's where you really fit in, but I hope this time that you actually have a GENERAL WARRANTY DEED to the property you have worked so hard on. I loved the greenhouse. I can sew that 16ft wide is much better than the 12ft because with furniture you would still have space and the 12ft would be too cramped.

I liked the one with the sunburst window and dormers. Personally, I'm putting a side lofted barn cabin on my property in Missouri, acquired from the Derksen dealer there. I love them, starting small, then getting bigger when I have more time from Florida. Love what you're doing ❤️

I liked the garage to match your color scheme. If they attached it to one side of your house would you get a discount because you would only need one wall between them. I like the roll up door too because it gives you storage space above both ends for bins and like was said before, room enough for your 4x4 and truck plus lawn mower,hand tools and your grill, fertilizer, etc. Otherwise where would you put all that kind of stuff? If you don’t get a garage, you’ll have to have a storage shed and leave the car out in the elements. With all the plants you like, a greenhouse would be very nice. Good luck on your build.😊

The larger one with the higher ceilings is nice. I think adding an enclosed front and rear porch with gable roofs would make it better. Coats, jackets, boots and whatever other outside wear could stay stored in those. My little house needs those. Stuff gets tracked in way to easily, and having coats and shoes closer to the door would be nice.

Thanks for the walk throughs Jared. We don’t have these type of sheds in Australia. Tiny homes are just becoming available but are as much as a standard house in price. We built ours on transportable plan but as a house not movable. It cost less than the pre fab transportable and no fighting with council to get it passed for occupation.
I liked yours with the vaulted ceilings. Smart with the extra width, cuts out clausetrofobia--ishness...😳😄 Like the idea of a fireplace, and location.. Good plan. Best of all, you don't have to have a tiny shower! Suggestion--- hot water on demand... Less space (no water tank), more efficient, gas or propane supply. Would speculate solar electric supply. [Yeah, I know grid is right there, but the grid may or may not always be there...for periods or permanently. Absolutely loved the inside, anx you czn always add a rocker covered porch later.😎👍❤
That is a bigun youngun. Probably better to get a little larger than too small. Allows for visitors, future growth, less confinement, good buildings. They aint gonna get cheaper, get one soon. I'm really impressed with the pricing. We have been pricing sheds here in Oklahoma, specifically like the one with the roll up door. They are more expensive here in Oklahoma. When you walk through a lumber yard and price wood and plywood you'll see how much it costs to build anything! I'm excited for you dear. This is coming along greatly. As someone who has watched my identical twin male cousins grow through the years (They now are 70), there are always ups and downs with siblings. Hang in there. What you both have decided to do by moving in separate directions will be the best for you both in the long run. Heck, I even have problems from time to time with my siblings and we are not twins. That is just family.
No, no the saying “that’s just family” should never give room for “family” to intentionally try to harm your reputation or livelihood! “Loving family” is supportive and will help us grow and succeed not become the competitor. I have siblings and we have NEVER done anything that could harm or jeopardize each other. We have never acted like a victim of the whole family just to succeed or even gain sympathy. I don’t know the full story of these people or anyone else but I know how my family lives and loves each other. I cant imagine one of my siblings getting in public and trying to undermine my character or our parents. Let’s just say for an example my sister was in disagreement with everyone else in the family and many friends as well . I would be looking at her like Hmmmmm you are one person having so many issues with our whole family and many some friends … I would be asking her what is her deal. 😂

They look very well built! I like the unique dormer windows in the first one. Does Matt do sandblasting or glass etching? If so, I'd get him to put a 'shadow picture' of some type wildlife, such as deer, rabbits, rooster, dogs, wolf, eagle, racoon family, etc and etch around it, leaving the picture smooth. I'd have to see a sample to tell if it matches the pictures in my mind, since I'm a visual person. If it looked good, I'd do that on each dormer window. You don't have to say it, I know I'm kinda different! 🥰
