This is a fantastic exercise! I learn't so much and created a profile for my facebook page using hand written font and texture of grainy glass which gave it the look and feel of cold glass which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys! So happy I gave it a go!! 😘

*_HACK_* : If you want to use the same handwritten word "CALM" as in the tutorial just pause the video, copy using 'screenshot', cut the word out and use the round slider a few times until you get a nice smooth word and viola!

Where do you get the textures from? Copyright free if possible. Can I make textures myself? I’m new to pixelmator and creating

We used Shutterstock but you can also find many textures on free stock image sites like Pexels or Unsplash.

One of the textures we use in the tutorial is copyrighted, so we cannot distribute it, unfortunately.
