    Since I found your videos about Pixelmator, Motion 5 and FCP I like to learn how to use all of those programs. Your explanations are great and because I am from Germany I need to learn from english spoken videos I am very glad, that you have such a brilliant pronounciation, that I can follow everything without problems. Thank yo so much Jenn.

    I am using Pixelmator Pro, Final Cut and Motion for 6 years now (and before video, I worked in desktop publishing), so I know a little about the apps but your videos are always very helpful and informative!

    Super job on another quick intro to some useful features and tools inside Pixelmator Pro!
    One of my students needed help using Pixelmator Pro last fall but I had never heard of it. I bought it and started learning it just to help her. Since then your tutorials have only added value to my purchase. Thank you Jenn!

    The arrow tool for sure, it was a lack in the previous versions, we couldn't easily drop down an arrowed line. This is the most exciting feature to me :-) Thanks so much Jenn

    Bri g on a budget I am down to making a choice, Pixelmator Pro or Affinity Pro. Pixelmator would be my pick however you cannot do focus stacking or Panorama stitching. My biggest drawback for Pixelmator.

    Jenn . . . I LOVE your channel. I just bought Pixelmator and I am getting Apple Motion. I have a question . . . How different is Photomator to Pixelmator other than the fact I can use Photomator on iPad and iPhone? Photo is $100 for lifetime and Pixel is $50. Will Pixel cover most of my needs? Should I get both? I do use Affinity photo, but I am more interested in videos . . . TH-cam, TikTok and Instagram right now. Thank you so much for ALL of y0ur content. It is really appreciated.

    I am curious to see how these new features transfer over when creating a LUT to use in another program

    Love your tutorials. You know this stuff backwards and forwards. My only concern is that you go too fast sometimes and that makes it hard for me to follow sometimes. It’s my problem but I wanted to share that with you. You are remarkable with FCP and Motion. Thank you ❤

      Adjust the playback speed! I'll do that sometimes when following along with complex tutorials.

    I first heard about Pixelmator in one of your tutorials and downloaded it. Where would I be without you??!! I have been disengaging from Adobe Products for some time and now I have Pixelmator (+ FCP + Motion), Photoshop is another Adobe product I am going to say goodbye to. I have one question. For years I have been using Adobe Bridge and it is pretty much the only Adobe product I am using now and it seems completely crazy to pay the expensive Adobe a subscription for just using the less than stable Adobe Bridge. I wonder which application you use for viewing your image and video files? Once I have replacement for Bridge, My Adobe days are over. Scotland loves you!

      Pixelmator has changed to a subscription model on iOS and iPadOS and are “thinking” about also doing so on MacOS as well. Don’t worry, it’s just a matter of time… 🤑💰

      @@simonrobbins8357 Pixelmator on iOS is their first program, very basic software. You can’t compare it to Pixelmator Pro which is much more advanced. Pixelmator Photo, currently iOS only, is a Lightroom alternative, for photos quick edits. They’re working on bringing it to Mac.

    Can you blur just the background?

    • @JennJager
      @JennJager  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would use the selection tools to isolate and mask the subject, and then blur the original images as the background.
