I had the same issue lol but they sell a fitting that fits on the feed side and you dont have to do that..ima have a video up soon if your curious. And my gt35 came with water cooler ports on 2 sides..i uses 2 drain plugs m14x1.50 and it worked perfect incase u nees it..

mine came with a 7/16 threaded hole for oil outlet on turbo.... Do i use a barb? I got same turbo you got and same oil line kit but nothing goes on bottom of turbo to connect to oil drain line.

Ill tell you another swap to do its a monster and a secret will eat up some stuff D17 N/A or turbo is what u need to build i need to get some lines and fittings and best lines lmk what stuff u have left over maybe send some stuff or work out
Those are 3 diffrent turbos right there one is borg warner garett and volvo turbo really exhaust is garrett intake of turbo is knock off turbonetics as long as u have the amount running out in the drain your fine it wont hurt at all for real and to save time is run a line from back of block to T and have it to where u can work on it closer to front of engine to hide so you can work on it easier just hide under manifold get what im saying so its eaiser to work on wont have to worry about nothing great video just fo future stuff and 411 v port will hold more power and is better for the exhaust to flow and keep the turbo spinning and u can port the v in the exhaust housing and on your manifold and gasket it will whistle but it will spool up faster 500rpm plus and i put bigger intake wheel and housing on 8lbs of used powerstroke diesel and 4500rpm to 8200rpm untuned it i spun 4th gear on pavement with the purple housing and wheel upgrade so 20psi is gonna be mean so this is awesome i just get out do alittle work and rest and trying toget after it its ruff but stay safe practice this safe stuff so people like me trying to help a person dnt die need to keep people like us alive people teaching people how to do stuff that dont have the stuff gas monkey texas metal OC CHOPPERS DIESEL BROTHERS I SENT STUFF TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND THE HAVE SENT A FUCK YOU KISS MY ASS OR NOTHING TO ME NO MATTER WHAT WE ARENT SAINTS I HAVE SEEN AND MADE PREACHERS CUS FOR REAL ITS JUST SOMETHING NOBODY WANTS TO HELP U WHEN THEY HAVE HELPED YOU BUT ANYWAYS IM JUST SAYING KEEP ON POSTING AND BUILDING SOME PUNK KIDS WHILE I WAS WORKING COME BY AND VIDEO TAPED VANDALIZING MY HATCH BACK AND POSTED IT ON FACEBOOK IDIOTS I DIDNT CALL THE LAW AND IM NOT A SNITCH IM JIST A GREAT PERSON AND SOMEONE U WANT ON YOUR SIDE BUT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK IM TRYING TO FIND SOME SPONSORS I HAD TO TURN DOWN THREE JOBS ONE FOR RAIL ROAD N&S i habe blood clots so cant be on my feet or id be making money and building and selling but anyways bless up and smokem if u got em take care hondas for life cause they build the motors whether its A 2 R LMFAO get get IT 💨 BLOWIN ON EM🕵SLEEPER
Did you have any problems with the nylon oil return? I was told stainless steel was recommended bc of heat, but I know others with nylon hoses, that don’t have issues.
Especially if you heat wrap it. Just wondering your thoughts and opinions.

Yes the manifold is to top mount the turbo. Make sure you subscribe and follow the turbo builds.
Are you sure thats the top? I'm having same problem but I think it the other way around.. let me know if youre right and it works out.
Do it how I have it.feed and drain are backwards on this turbo. Only way is how I did it. If you do it backwards oil will dump all over your engine. There is a video on some other guys channel that did it backwards Greasemonkeymods I believe is the channels name tons of oil dumped everywhere he had to swap it like I have it.
yes that's the top. I had mine upside down.
An fittings do not use teflon on the them.

Not sure what you mean? (Oil pressure return) so the feed and the return are actually backwards on this turbo. There is a small regulator built in that you can see inside. I only know this because i seen someone actually install it backwards and oil was shooting out the dump pipe. took a minute to figure out but switched the feed and return and worked perfectly. Let me know if this answers your question. Thank you.
@@BarbasLife you have the BoostSmart OPR for the Turbo ball bearing right? BoostSmart is the only company making a turbo OPR that I'm aware of. I am having a heck of a time finding a location to return the oil from the OPR . I contacted BoostSmart today asking if the oil return is gravity returned or if it can be mounted lower then the return point do to the return being under pressure. Still waiting on an answer
