But when I learned how to approach sales calls as having a conversation with a friend and trying to help, I increases my close rate drastically. Also, consistency is important. The more you get on sales calls, the better you get at it. You'll probably hear a bunch of nos before you get yesses. It's normal.
Tip #3 is so notable, not that the other 2 are not but the 3rd tip just stood out for me. I, too, liked storytelling so much. It grabs attention, involves emotion, and connects to the readers-slash-customers, which is the primary goal of the brands and sellers. Great vid, Alex! You never missed.
