the squareness of the honeycomb is immaterial. it's the path of the laser head that matters. as you rightly pointed out, being off by 1mm at the top of the board will result in being off several mm at the bottom. the only was to have true accuracy is 1) have the 2 sides of the board be perfectly parallel, ie the same width top to bottom. if you are buying pre-cut wood, that is rarely true. 2) clamp a fence board to the honeycomb and cut it with the laser. now that board fence edge is perfectly parallel to the path of the laser
Great video. Thank you! If you are only having problems with the initial video recording, you could just use OBS to record; then edit in Davinci Resolve. Just a thought.
You can record all the camera's seperately on the memory cards then combine them in resolve. Gives many more options in ediiting. Cannot so this live but it looks like you live streams are working OK.
