I have been thinking on doing my roof on my 2017 Elantra and this video just gave me the confidence that I can do it my self as opposed to paying $300 for it. THANK YOU!!!

Interesting question for you that causes me to hesitate on wrapping my roof.... when you take the wrap off after say 2 years, is the paint underneath still going to match my car or will it be off as I’m curious if the unwrapped portions of the car would be faded.
How long usually takes to wrap roof if you already good ?
Also. Can you wrap with antenna on ? Just cut around because is always risky to break the clips

This was a great informative video, I can do this myself but if I lived in their area, I would pay them just because they deserve the business for giving out such solid information.

I bought some some vinyl for my car mirrors. Would you recommend to wrap it while they are attached, or is it better to remove the covers first?

Hi, great video! Quick question: At 9:20 you mention about the lubricant spray. Is it acceptable to use, or do you recommend using WD40 for this purpose?
How do you go about a sunroof/moonroof? Do you leave it open or closed? Do you cut a "X" across the opening or follow the outline of the square opening to release the vinyl and then tuck it?
Question ---- What is your personal opinion about wrapping the antenna on that Subaru? Wrap it or leave it?

Great video guys, I have a quick question. On VWs (Golf R in my case), they have seamless welds so there isn't any roof trim so to speak. How would I go about doing a clean roof wrap there?

Ay man does it matter if I install my vynal while it’s like 55*f outside or should I just wait till the weathers hot out I have 3m gloss black vynal and using a torch instead of a heat gun
A question please: If you look at the roof of the latest model Toyota RAV4 it has some raised moulded areas (cosmetic design), so the roof area is not entirely flat….so how do you tackle this? Does it need shrinking around the raised / prominent areas before continuing with the rest of the roof, or is there some way to shrink around them after the stretch?
Hope you get what I mean, it’s hard to describe, but if you look at a picture of the latest (2019 onwards) model, you’ll understand what I mean. Thanks.

What if the paint (clear coat) on your roof is already damaged? Will the vinyl have a hard time sticking?

A question though - is it possible to 'patch' a factory installed wrap. e have a vehicle where the contrast roof colour has puckered over time and wondered if that means the whole roof has to be done or just the damaged part.

Ive got an ol' fourby. There is a sml bit of rust to touch up. And the clear is faded.
Is there a type of vinyl that is designed to be left on , and durable for many years?

Does 3m 1080 gloss also glide off the panel when placing it (low initial tack)? I purchased the vvivid gloss and it was horrible no gliding at all it stuck immediately as if I already squeegeed it. So now I ordered some 3m cause apparently they have that technology but just asking in case someone knows for sure before I use it.

In terms of the methods to remove certain exterior parts of the car off, how do you know the ways to remove the parts for cars you haven't done before? Are they all roughly the same method? Like Clip on spoiler that you just rip off and whatnot?
