When Ainz fights the Dragon Lord with both of them at full strength and not just puppets or fill-ins, that will be one hell of a spectacle given both possess high intelligence and tactics!
Or Ainz will just "Grasp Heart" and dominate. Also Ainz knows its a remote controlled armor and weapons so Ains will have a slight advantage (But doubt he will suspect the Platinum Dragon Lord.)

@@twilightspiritbomb tbh, there’s a few entities in the new world that can defeat Ainz like the coffin dragon lord who almost killed Ainz in the special chapter but in the end dead because of his arrogance to not use tier magic but wild magic which enquirers huge soul mana.
In the novel, since most dragons are arrogant by nature, PDL is exception since he’s always aware of the world and have been experimenting about nation building with the council state.
So just to state that Ainz isn’t completely danger free in the new world.

Pandoras actor recognized almost instantly it was an empty suit of armor being controlled. Pandora was definitely holding back. The purpose of the mission was for information, not annihilation. Albedo states "I'll just let him happily talk away". PDL was going for the kill and didn't damage pandoras actor. This episode showed how much the guardians are learning and mastering the art of manipulation.
Thats why I don't think Ainz will be caught unprepared for the dragon proxy because Pandora's actor will certainly try him
@@Luis-gz3oo absolutely! Don't forget, PDL doesn't know shalltear is part of Nazareth. PDL said, back in 1st season that if she wasn't inhibited by the world item he would have lost that fight. PDL, this episode ran from Albedo knowing he couldn't beat her. PDL stands no chance against Ainz. It's not about how strong they are, but how Ainz has been training each floor guardian to think on their own, prepare and execute based on various circumstances.
That shits amazing tho, because pdl is one of IF NOT the strongest person around.
I mean unless the godkin girl has something to prove and to my knowledge we know nothing of her.

Like, the new world is truly fucked 😭 this isn’t like the previous players that came through…ains came from the same place as them and he stood atop ALL other players with his guild mates, they won’t touch ains 😂 and he’s not even the strongest, rubedo is, AND HES IMMORTAL, meaning that any other players that come in the next hundred or so years? They likely won’t be as strong as ains because again, ains was one of the stronger people in the game 😭
With nazarik being unconquerable 😭even to PLAYERS, what HOPE does new world have? I’m sure players could do damage if they have world items and such, but if anything it’d just be a chip off a diamond…what about the rest of the diamond? 😭
@@jaelin4000 actually ainz was not one of the strongest players in the game. he was at lower tier of high tier players in the game. his build was not for pvp but for rule play, and PDL has a world item that alone has a chance to destroy ainz but it depends on the world item. nevertheless PDL has a dragon is at least level 93-100 and his armor is level 85-90 that in Stat still can't beat level 100 but his magic wild magic can change the outcome on if he fought one vs one on any character

Despite Pandora's actor usually seen as this incredibly over the top (sometimes cringy by Ainz's standards) being, we get reminded how he's actually an extremely intelligent NPC (on par with Demiurge/Albedo.)
The way PA started breaking down Riku's abilities and "anatomy" was so much fun to witness
Pandora's Actor is hands down one of the most entertaining NPC and im glad they gave him an episode to flex this season to this degree
Because of his intelligent analyzing of the situation I didn't realize it was actually Pandora's Actor until he started groveling to Riku
The break down in the book is even better. PA analysises the way Riku is moving and eventually comes to the conclusion that the armor is like some sort of puppet because of how he evades and dodges attacks that would force a person to move in an unnatural way.
PDL is likely aware/thinking that even though he can beat the player (whoever that is) is the player plus NPCs, that is too much
The only strategy is a well timed strike but PDL dosnt even know of Pandora, Momons true identity, that (probably) Shalltear and demiurge are alive and well, the actual strongest in Nazarik or the number of world items in possession of Ainz
There are many ways PDL could take the bait from here and suddenly be surrounded
PDL likely cannot defeat Ainz. He has an inaccurate assessment based on what he said about PA. Also, PDL is worried that they may posses a world class item. He has no idea that they posses more than any other guild in ygdrassil. I think they have 9, Including the one Ainz holds at all times. It's also stated that the WCI that Ainz has is particularly effective against dragons. PDL thinks his abilities counter Ainz, but he is assuming this entirely under false information that could very likely be his downfall.
If you remember, during the fight, Pandora's Actor said "It looks like he's controlling the armor remotely too". They know "Rigu" isn't the real body of the enemy. Love the reactions BTW.
Yeah, the unnatural way the armor dodged his attack kind of gave it away.
In light novel albedo and demiurg are suspecting PDL as one of the possibilities
They don’t know he’s remote controlling it, it’s one of theories they have, but the bigger one they’re gravitating towards is that he was a race or half race of golem.

I was looking at Ainz and I was wondering where his red orb was, why was his mannerisms slightly different, the “greater teleportation” kind of gave it away and then the sudden break in character with no emotional negation
pretty sure the red orb is one of his world items that never goes with anyone other than ainz always the biggest visual giveaway
I did go back and watch the scene with PA as Ains and Sebas, just to verify, and it "DID" appear that he had it. interesting... PORTAL AWAAAAYYYYY!¡!!!
the GREATER TELEPORTATION for anyone that watch the pleiades shorts it's a huge tell that it is Pandora's actor without doubts

The reason of why PA bowed down to Riku was because PA was actually talking a lot to Riku but he didnt responded to almost anything so PA decided to surprise him by making a unexpected move and that actually works because riku starts to give some info
Gets scolded by Albedo for doing so, but Ainz says it was worth.
The Overlord I know would cut corners on the animation wherever possible, so the fact that the 2D and the 3D were so on point made me so proud. Think about it: Albedo's wings actually flapped. Even when she's floating around talking, or even if her wings weren't visible they would flap. It's like not even the same show anymore, I'm so happy

@@johnnoreau3570 My interest in the show did not rely on whether or not the wings flapped, obviously. I'd watch a show even if it was a slideshow as long as it covered good enough story beats. I was simply pleased with this adaptation for having the funds to bother animating a moving part on a completely concealed character that could've gotten away with being completely still. Even from episode 1 anyone can see that in comparison to the poor situation in Season 3, this one has great character animation that makes it feel more alive and a joy to watch.
The genius of PA begging is twofold imo.
1. He couldn't extract more intel from PDL in combat, but he did get more by talking.
2. PDL is now underestimating Ainz so much he actually thinks Albedo could be the real player.
Can't wait to see what that turns into
I liked how pandora tries to be in *"character"* as a magic caster during the whole fight because we all know ainz can handle warriors properly.
He explains all of the spells, summons and items to his enemy too.
I dont know why bit it kinda reminds me where yugi is explaining pot of greed in every second episode because shit head tristan can’t remember its effect 😂😂😂😂
A fight between a puppet and a proxy basically. Ainz-sama is worth being the guild leader of their guild in terms of his wit.
it does feel like, the more the situation goes towards an information manipulation and battle tactics the more Ainz's mind shines. He is not a politician, he sucks at making master plans and puppetering people. But when it comes to PVP and information manipulation, he is a fucking Genius! I personally give it to all the experience he had fighting other players in Ygdrassill

He was a top PvP player that always lost the first match but nothing more. Few players could beat him in best of 3. One of them being TouchMe the friend that rescued him and winner of a world championship.
@@ODDnanref yep:) The problem here is that he cannot afford to lose a match in order to gather info and fight another. Using PA for this purpose is great strategizing, especially that PA is far weaker than him.
Heck...PDL thought Albedo was the player :))
A bit of Cut content explanations:
Pandora's Actor deduced that the Armor was empty and likely being puppets by an outside force (briefly says it in the anime too, but its a blink and you miss it statement). He also thought of several countermeasures (spells and summons) to instantly end the fight after determining the Armors immunities and weaknesses. However, he choose to hold back and drag things on not to expose his true strength (or Ainz's) and focused on information gathering instead. In particular, he concluded that the armor is using a new type of (i.e., World Magic) unknown to Nazarick and that it's effects are similar to World Items. He and had a back and forth about it, but Pandora's Actor stuck to his deductions.
And the thing is, we know that Flueder Paradyne has knowledge of the existence of Wild Magic and that Dragon Lords can use it. Similarly, Ainz's/Aura's new pet Ice Dragon Hejinmal is also aware of Wild Magic, but cannot use it himself (since he's not a Dragon Lord).
Small clarication, for some reason dragons stopped being born being able to use Wild Magic anymore. The true dragon lords can use wild magic because they are the oldest and strongest dragons.
@@Kangsta665 The introduction of Tier magic that humans can use (Level 1, Level 2 etc.) replaced Wild magic, supposedly. Only some dragons (and possibly members of some other long-lived races) born before this happened can still use Wild magic. The introduction of Tier magic happened because a Player who was transported to the New World used one of the Twenty, the special World Items that allowed the user to request that the game devs change the game mechanics of Yggdrasil. They did this to rescue humanity in the New World from becoming extinct, by giving some humans the power to use a different kind of magic.

Actually PA noticed riku is a remotely controlled armour, halfway in fight he starts calling him an empty armour. And ainz even learned of a new power, the one stopped him from moving out of area. 💪

Knowledge for a longer triumpg is more important than temporary victory. I believe aside from Pandora, Demiurge and Ainz himself, the other denizens of nazarick probably wont come to such a conclusion.
Oh boy, "Riku Aganeia" will be up for a huge awakening when he meets the real Ainz. That was quite the nice twist at the end. I can only fathom how much agony Albedo must have felt to address Pandora's Actor as the Supreme Being, even if it was at Ainz' orders :)
I'm actually intrigued by today's episode.
You actually have 2 strategists, with almost similar methods of intelligence gathering,
trying to see if whether or not they themselves can overtake their respective adversary,
using whatever tools, tricks, gimmicks, and personnel/soldiers and leaders, they have in their own personal arsenal,
in order to complete their overwhelming victory.
Its very fascinating that it took this many seasons, to find an opponent that can be
comparable to Ainz himself. What's even more funny is that after so many seasons,
is that, while Ainz was still gathering intelligence about the world he is living in, multiple things
were being accomplished along the way (inadvertent or not).
So, we now know that the Dragon's retainers are not as strong as Ainz's minions.
I mean, what was glaring is that the Platinum Knight was in reality, struggling against Pandora's Actor,
who was mimicking Ainz, at 80% maximum power. So I'm curious to see what will happen if he took on Ainz himself, at 100% power.
Also we learn that the Red Suited Knight, is not able to beat Albedo at all. In fact, he became more of a nuisance, than an asset.
Especially with the amount of firepower he was capable of wielding.
So really looking forward to next week.

Nah when it comes to intelligence and battle iq Ainz, Albedo, Demiurge and PA are definitetly on top. PDL isnt dumb but he isnt as smart as them either.

Its a good measuring tool to help give the strategist figure out the potential of said individual. It at least shows the offensive and defensive output that one person alone can produce, and what effect it will have if unprepared, coming from at least an educated guess.
@@itsgonnabeokay9341 You gotta have a good team behind the madness of the strategist. Its even better when you have other players that build his team, to have a more higher intelligence than you. It really makes things easier to strategize the playing field.
PA is not even going all out since their goal is just to gather intel as much as he can.

Honestly, I love Pandora's telltales, like "Ainz" making dramatic movements with his cape or the lack of the red orb in this case.
Best thing about P.A. when he roll plays as ainz is his ability to add swag to greater teleportion 😆
So one thing about doppelgangers in Overlord is that while they are able to replicate the skills and appearance of someone, they are not able to replicate equipment stats. That's why at the end of the episode we got Pandora's Actor still in Ainz clothes even though he transformed back.
Something that I noticed during the episode is that there wasn't any inner monologs from "Ainz". Hinting that it was Pandora's Actor the whole time.
It was a crazy fight in the LN. Doom Lord kept PDL busy. They found out PDL can see through perfect unknowable...the teleports, the flying katana... spear dive...the fight was so short. It’s times like this I wish I was still an anime-only.
What made me notice instantly that it wasn't Ainz fighting is that he didn't start off with any time spells or anti-time-control spells. He mentioned that this was like the meta in Yggdrasil when it came to PvP and was even shown in Ainz vs Gazef
PA's main goal was mainly information that is why he was willing to bend a knee so that he can analyze the reaction and mannerisms "riku" would show so that a better approach can be made by Ainz and the others. Also to his credit, fighting outside of the treasury isn't the most ideal battleground for him since his versatility would be greatly diminished. Even so he was able to fight impressively against a lvl 90+ character with a nerfed ainz build and items.
For anyone wondering what happened/was cut during this fight in the light novel this is as follows. PA uses perfect unknown & goes into the doom lords shadow to strike at PDL. He sees through this & pierces ainz torso through with the katana. Ainz disengages, activates doom lords special ability which drastically increases his stats at the cost of a higher hp cost. Doom lord is able to start damaging PDL but is defeated. Then ainz summons the skeleton skull. He uses 4 different elemental 10th tier spells from the skill while acting as the vanguard, fire, ice, electric & acid. While also casting his own spells & trying to keep distance. Then insert albedo breaking into the barrier with her world class item. They cut probably 60% of the fight out
To clarify Pandora’s Actor’s power; he’s a level 100 doppelgänger whom can take the form of any/all of the heteromorphs of the guild, Ains Ooal Gown. He can perform any of their attacks/powers
At 80% of the original players efficacy. For example say Ain’s fireball does 100 damage, then, Pandora’s Actor’s ‘imitation fireball would do 80 damage (which is 20% less!
Not completely true. He can't copy special attacks like touch me's world break, ulberts grand catastrophe, or any super tier spells
@bengyak tsang Takgyal magic items are very important to a characters build, he would need to have all of their respective items, and the time to swap them out when he swaps forms. We also don't know the period of time he can transform or how many times he can do it in a short period

Yeah that’s why he was wearing Ainz’s robe and not his World Item. Though apparently as a doppelgänger he can create an imitation of the persons equipment (such as clothes) but PA’s clothes would just be decoration to look the part. That’s why he needed to borrow Ainz’s robe to gain the benefits from Ainz’s usual equipment.
Also am I the only one who thought PA looked hilarious still wearing Ainz’s robe in his doppelgänger form?

While true, this is why he is the treasure guardian. There he can pick the tools he needs to fight intruders and change his shape to match.
I have Ainz's spells mostly memorized and so the thing that tipped me off was the lack of certain spells Ainz would normally cast but doesn't made my spider senses tingle. Like the lack of preparation spells despite knowing you're going into battle was a major one.
(Compare Pandoras actor's preparation spells this episode to Ainz's preparation spells season 1 Finale against Shaltear, and there is a stark difference)
Yah that got me wondering too even though I haven't really remembered any of Ainz's spell but I was like heh what why only like prep 5 spells
Even Ainz would not have used certain spells there if he's gathering information AND trying to give false info. PA did what Ainz would do.
A normal lv 100 player can learn around 300 spells, ainz learn and memorize around 718 spells xD its impossible to know all of them

Pandora's Actor caught me slacking today. i was not expecting this reveal until he bowed down at the end of the episode
The king is handling the downfall of his kingdom where maturely and not panicing. I'm sorry CoccoDoll, but your allies can't help you from your fate, but there will be there to welcome you after everything is done. They had a nice plan to separate Albedo and "Ainz". Can't wait for when they truly confront each other and be surprised that they're not like how they were when they "fought".
During the fight “Ainz’s” inner monologue is still in his Overlord voice. A neat clue that it’s actually PA
Nice catch. I wasnt even thrown off by Albedo talking to "Ainz's" in a lightly way, I assumed she was nervous for the wellbeing of Ainz, but those were all clues hehe.
I loved this, Loved this in the novels, loved it in the anime :)
Something that I realised about the Overlord anime is that it isn't afraid of, in fact, it actually emphasises the character's internal monologues - I find that so many light novel adaptations are kneecapped by refusing to include internal monologues and treating the 'show don't tell' rule as though its actually a law of grammar rather than just one of several possible approaches to good pacing.
I've seen a few hilarious comments from people wondering (like genuinely wondering) if Platinum Dragon Lord is actually the hero and Ainz is the villain :) How many genocides does nazarik have to do before everyone gets it ?
People getting to season 4 still not getting these characters arent good people is honestly hilarious
@@AHBrandonReviews Very few are 'actually' good not even PDL is good. (He has a certain amount of arrogance/ and thinks he's better than everyone else if I'm not mistaken in the LN)
One of the details that annoyed me is that the chain dragon lightning one shot all the deathknights when one of their passive abilities is they cannot be reduced below 1 hp from a single attack from 100% So they should have lived and then died to the next hit.
Got ignored in favor of dramatic effect.
Also, the chain dragon lightning could have chained back and dealt two hit damage
The ability hits each target multiple times
Lighting attacks in games are often multi hit I assume it was in this case as well.
I figured it had to be Pandoras Actor after a while, because Albedo hesitated a second before saying "my lord"when she left. And it was glorious to see her in that beautiful suit of armour again. Also the look of barely consealed disdain on Shalltears face when she had to collect the luggage. Coco Doll will now know what this "diet fad"is the others are on. One thing that intrigues me, right at the beginning, when we see Cocytus at the head of his troops, he's followed by 4 ghostly meido's. Who ( or what ) are they ?
Platinum Dragon will be interesting. If he is using the armour of one of the thirteen heroes and he knows about players and NPC's, is there a chance he could be one of them, or one of the eight greed kings ?
Seems to me like he’s an Yggdrasil dragon rather then a new world dragon, hence his much greater strength. Maybe he was a pet of a player seeing how he seemed to apologize for using the name of someone he once knew
The four women are Frost Maidens, usually guarding Cocytus' Ice Palace on the 5th floor of Nazarick. They're level-82 ice monsters.

Ainz vs Platinum Dragon Lord is a case of "I know you I know", with roundabout mental warfare to figure out the other's tactics. Ainz is just a bit better.
I didn't even notice the thing with Albedo,
But fact that Pandora's Actor talks so much during the battle gave it away for me.
Then it was the fact that he threw a gold coin at the barrier. Especially know he's the treasure of Nazrick
His flamboyant means of using greater teleportation, when he grabs his cloak.

Ainz doesn't endlessly talk and ramble during a battle..... That was the biggest giveaway....

Episode cuts to both Ainz and Albedo walking down the hall almost at the end of episode - yep, its almost over so it is Ainz
Ainz fucking kneels, shapeshifts back to PA, and we see Ainz in his throne with his max drip
god damn it, i cant believe PA fooled me a few times
Keep in mind that all of the Floor Guardians adopted personalities that reflected their creators, since Ainz often sees their behavior reflected in his own guildmates; as such it's safe to assume that Pandora's Actor is exactly the same in that regards. So PA does end up having roughly the same thought patterns as his creator, including the drive to collect rare items and a flair for the dramatic. Course Ainz has the emotional suppressing passive, where as PA does not, so we see PA go over the top in that regards. Ultimately it also means that PA probably has a much greater appreciation of the saying "Knowledge is power" than his fellow floor guardians, who believe more in "Brute Strength".
Ainz after all wants to know if there's other players in the New World above anything else, and PDL has been his first big lead ever; he would do almost anything to follow that lead, where as most of his floor guardians would have just deleted PDL's armor from existence. So props to Pandora's Actor for getting the most information possible out of the situation, probably did his father proud!
When Pandora imitate Ainz his inner voice is similar to his speaking voice unlike Ainz who's inner voice is different. I didn't think about it on the first watch 😁
I never figured it was PA, but my brain did tick when he said "I'm going to perform my part flawlessly"
One of the things i have noticed about Overlord is it's fandom. It's small but the fandom is preety chill. The anime has started to get more popular now because of season 4 so the fandom should get bigger

Still under level 100. What makes him a wild card is wild magic, which can bypass Yggdrasil mechanics sometimes.
He should be strong but Shalltear/gargantua would be definitely enough.
See, I'm not sure cause I've heard from a few people about how the author made a comment on how a fight between PDL and Shalltear would go. Apparently PDL would win

Just some clarification on what Shalltear means by luggage.. is actually LUGGAGE. It's not shown in the anime, but there are about 1000 people around that mansion including women and children. All are relatives of the 8 Fingers. Shalltear's task was to transport them and their luggage to someplace else and spare them from getting killed during the Re-Estize Kingdom's destruction.
One thing I’m interested in is the corpus of the abyss leader “ the one “. In a new pov monologue we got from volume 15/16 of the light novel we learn more about them. They have undead members who’ve been collecting power & magic for rituals to get stronger for hundreds of years, some members are in tier 8, going into tier 9. Their leader is stated to have shown up 100 years prior, demonstrated his absolutely overwhelming power to the entire organization & has been controlling them & taking all their information & magic for himself since. It’s stated he’s so powerful that even if every single member of their organization teamed up & betrayed him, he would still kill them all. Now, the only existence I can think of that would A. Show up on the same 100 year timeline of players being summoned to the world, & B has that kind of power, Dude has to be a player.
I agree with how you also figured it was pandoras actor. To top it off with Ainz's 800 sum spells and over max mana he would probably use time magic or powerful instant kill magic on a 'strong target' pandoras actor only used as you said a limited portion of spells. Ainz also would try counter magic and other stuff to expiriment with the armor.
I know there wasn’t enough time for it, but I wish we could’ve seen more of Pandora’s fight with PDL. Because after PDL was done monologuing and was ready to finish him off PA countered him with a spell and continued the fight until Albedo shows up.
I’ve so been looking forward to this one.

I was kind of Suspicious on why Ainz was acting strange like that. Like He looked and acted like Ainz, but when there were times where his emotional debuff kicks in, it didn't happen. Hell most of his moves looked a bit exaggerated. So its was surprising to see it wasn't Ainz But PA.
The part where Pandoras Actor grabs his cape and yells "greater teleportation" without even thinking twice about feeling embarrassed about it was hilarious XD
and if you notice that the world item red orb in his abdomen is absent .
as soon as Albedo forgot to say Ains-sama i called BS(or rather PA in this case), no way the thirstiest succubus alive would forget to call her bone-daddy sama lol
In the character sheet it's stated that PDL has actually killed a player in the past...possibly the real Riku?
He was with like 6/7 other dragon lord vs a weaken player who just figth against other player , and he is the only one who survive

Dragons can kill players without world items without much difficulty...even when Ainz 1vs1 Cure Elim it was a pretty close fight and Ainz was negating cure elims greatest asset thanks to his world item...they are the strongest race for a reason

Satoru would have Died if not for the World Item he had to counter the Wild Magic that killed the Young Goats he summoned (The same Giant Monster you see at the end of season 3, the ones that killed 70000 soldiers instantly and killed the other 200k remaining).
@@YouCann0tSeeMe exactly...people really overestimate the power of players and floor guardians as individuals when most of that power comes from world items which negate the dragon's attack. There is also a short side story about shalltear vs PDL's actual body...as we know she didn't carry any World item at the time...I'll just say she almost got one shotted.

Luggage is mean that it is - luggage 1000 or so people took with them. Shalltear even summons her helpers to move it faster, before sending people through Gate. While Hilma is frantic, that people did not disrespect her (like one girl comparing Shalltear's chest to hers visibly).
I noticed the same. Albedo would never interact with Ainz that way. she was almost commanding on that scene. while, usually, she would beg permision to lick the soles of his boots.
knowing that Pandora's actor exist and can copy others, it's evident that it was pandora's actor instead of Ainz.
that being said, I'm sure Pandora's actor noticed that he was fighting against a puppet while the dragon lord didn't notice that Pandora's actor isn't the real Ainz. with this misinformation, Ainz got a step closer to winning the eventual fight.

I hope we get a chance to hear more about Deep Darkness Dragon lord soon, would be interesting to see how he would stack up with the floor guardians since he seemed to be extreamly strong vs anything not undead (having killed a player and posses one of the 20 single use world items that we dont know which one) and then of course theres still the world item that can delete a single being at the cost of deleting the person who uses it, i figure if that ever got pulled to the new world then thats probably how AInz would die.
Going back to DDDL, he is suppose to be part of the alliance of dragon lords to fight the next wave of players unless they plan to change that im pretty sure thats still cannon, so am really surprised hes not active yet. a Team up between PDL and DDDL would be fun to see :D though he may be fine not going after Ainz if Ainz was going to leave him alone since he just likes his alone time.
Another clue to see if Pandora Actor is in disguise is: When the time casted his Greater Teleportation with some vibrado voice and sentai pose
You can also know right away it was Pandora's actor because he doesn't have the orb on his stomach. Maruyama said that Orb is Ainz' personal world Item.
The fact Albedo was not respectful to him a couple of times was my clue.
PA was not fighting to win he was only gathering information. I think it would have been different if he fought without restrictions from his father Ainz

Pandora's Actor was under lots of restrictions since his order was to gather info n not go for the kill . Some ppl thinks he couldnt beat pdl but thats wrong . He didnt take dmg , he was only using low tier magics n only 1 high tier magic iirc ? And dont forget if he were to go all out he could swap from one of the supreme beings to another n use their skills n magic n that would be a really annoying to fight .
Honestly I didn't notice it was Pandora's actor playing Aiz until the reveal at the end of the ep, which was a little surprising but a good reveal, the anime handled it well!!

OH WOW , I feel dumb, I didn't immediately notice the off mannerisms from pandora-ainz! I was having way too much fun watching everything unfold. Only one more episode left, so sad. But the production of this season is definitely higher than in the previous seasons!! Gotta give credit to the studio staff and voice actors and actresses for putting in a solid awesome performance! So hyped for that massive confrontation between the real selves of these two powerful individuals! Also can't wait to see Ainz's forces mop the floor with the Theocracy "elite team" and wipe their smirk off their faces! I'm so torn to read the source material or not hahhahahhaha Not sure how much material is left to adapt, the upcoming movie back peddles. I never would have thought we would be getting a season four of this awesome show that i slept on for awhile hahhaha. The opening and ending is so amazing with each season and this one is no exception, absolute perfection!!

best way to tell PA from Ainz is to look for the eye or orb glow ,whenever its PA one or both are missing

The amazing part of this fight was that it managed to be a complete victory for Ainz. He learned a lot about how Wild Magic works (using Life Force/HP instead of MP), picked out bits of PDL's motivation, and fed a LOT of misinformation to PDL. The dragon thinks Ainz has only one world item, that Albedo might be the strongest member and the one in control, that she's undisciplined and impulsive, and that, while strong, he can reveal himself and take the entirety of Nazarick out.
I've never been fooled by pandora's actor yet. We've seen him pose as Ainz 2 times by now. First when he was evaluating Sebas, Ainz switched out with him after Pandora's Actor made sure Sebas didn't betray them. That is why if you pay attention Ainz makes him repeat similar actions twice because Ainz didn't really know what Pandora's Actor did.
There's been more than 2 times half of season 3 ainz isnt on screen but Pandora is.
Ya I kinda noticed those ones, but because he doesn't really say anything and not really a character key to the scene. I just ignored those times. There's probably 1 or 2 times he was also Momon in the scene.

Tbh when I was watching Pandora pretend to be ainz I never thought it was Pandora but I could tell something was off because of the begging scene and albedo wasn't obsessing over him too much

I like how PDL doesn’t give a shit about the Kingdom or the red suit guy lol. He’s more than willing to kill the red suit guy and replace him to achieve his goal.
Platinum also fought Shalltear for a brief moment. she damaged him and he immediately retreated. Which is probably why he might think he is not the strongest, along with a dragon lord not mentioned in the show.
Which reminds me, that connection being figured out is probably the biggest setback they can have. Platinum having a talk with the Theocracy together with finding out that Momon beat a powerful vampire to earn adamantite level adventurer will expose a lot. He will ask more about Momon. When and where did he, this powerful completely unknown adventurer, suddenly come from. If he meets Brain, which is not unusual, and they start talking about Shalltear. How she probably isn't dead as he saw her in the capital, the evening he met her, how she looks. There are a lot of bread crumbs to follow. It will be a lot of trouble.
i hope the fight with the dragon lord is like Shaltears fight. one on one no subjects allowed and Ainz finally able to let loose all hes got

There's a side, what-if story where Ainz does fight an actual threat.
What clued me in that it wasn’t Ainz was that PA kept explaining to Riku all the things that Ainz would normally think. Which is clever because your brain doesn’t immediately notice it because it’s not like Ainz doesn’t talk, but PA explained the staff of blasting to Riku like Ainz would an NPC.

I was sooo into the episode that even with all the obvious hints making me turn my head to the side ,i only got it when PA dropped to its knees with a obvious intent to make a dialogue to get more info.

Also ,im anime only,the impression that i got is that the Dragon IS a player ,he made some very obvious mistakes based only on visual\tactical interactions with PA and Albedo.
Just because Albedo was the one who broke his barrier he automatically thought SHE was the player ,thats a typical player mistake(the most powerful entity is the main enemy).
One clue that instantly let me know that that wasn't ainz was that his internal monologue wasn't a normal japanese guy

I got bamboozled by pandora. I was like bish Ainz weak Man kneeling weirdly on the enemy then BOOM! not gonna lie they got me on the first half.
The weak Man kneeling was something that made me like wait a second that is not what Ain would normally do that is something that is out of his character and I totally forgot about Pandora actor. Honestly for me up to this point he was a very forgettable character and didn't care much. Now after this episode he is one of my favorite character.
The biggest thing I missed during the episode (which would give away that it was PA) was the red orb (world item) missing from the ribcage. I was so focused on the enemy and trying to figure him out that I was blind to it until later.
Finally a reactor who knew it was PA and not Ainz. I'm not sure if the other people knew or play dumb and surprise when they see Ainz at the end, but holyshit If all the clue wasnt enough with the red orb missing or getting on his knee to beg.
Honestly the red orb missing was something that I completely miss. But the begging is what made me think that this is not normal

Dragon lord is too nice. When Pandora Actor beg for his life. Dragon lord held back his attack. It is subtle but there is a small flinch from the Dragon lord.
It's probably more of a surprise since all he has heard is this Ainz guy is a god like being and already basically killed the Re-Estize army in one attack and here "he" is on his knees begging to be heard
Through out the Episode, I was wondering why Ainz's Face look wonky when they were Monologuing. It was only at the End, When Pandora got on his knee to Bow, It finally Clicked with me this wasn't Aimz.

Grasp Heart doesnt work against targets with Instant Death Immunity. As far as i remember PDL has it.

It's weird to me that during the fight we hear (supposedly) Padora Actor, talk about things like Player and Character build which is something we haven't seen from any other NPCs so far.
Yes, but notice he was thinking in the Ainz voice, not the normal human voice that is inside the true Ainz's mind. The NPCs are aware of the mechanics of the game, like levels and builds but just think that is how the world works. They even know the words players and NPCs but don't feel any resentment about being NPCs, likely because without the Supreme Ones they wouldn't exist. A human would get all angsty if they found they were made to be a character in a game, but the NPCs just seem to be grateful.
of course the npc´s know game terms.

As he is now he is pretty much pure evil, sending people to torture chambers to force their loyalty, massacring thousands of innocent civilians in the kingdom etc. He says he wants to build a paradise after conquering the world but that would be impossible with how he does things currently.
