I enjoy you raising the tide on these obscure movies for dvd sales. Collecting physical media has taken off again w best buy, walmart, and target cutting back/ eliminating dvd/ blu ray sales. Even xbox and playstation are planning on models without the disc drive, making people buy games via online to gauge them for patches. Physical media is becomming gold as movies become harder to find on dying streaming platforms
Yeah I have the Xbox series S and that’s digital only. I very rarely buy games so I don’t mind too much but for people who buy the AAA stuff - to paraphrase Ubisoft - people need to get used to the idea of owning nothing. ☹️
@@JayHarangue when Netflix cancelled dvds I doubled down on buying dvds. I always like the commentary and extras, and the prices just went up after big box stores cut back or stopped. While everyone complains about new video game crashes, I still play my old star trek/ star wars CD rom games

I 100% bet ALL the budget when into ADR recording the dialogue AFTER the movie was filmed... its insane how much ADR this thing has!!!!

Jay this seems is a poor man’s Dirty Dancing except dance contest that miraculously reunites divorced parents with them getting back together after being in the same exact area during a dance contest that has more than 20 people watching like it’s a Rock and Roll concert.
This is one of the most ridiculous and funny movies I’ve ever seen. 😂

The film called dancin: it’s on that came out in 2015 is about Jennifer, a beautiful high school junior from Beverly Hills, California, falls in love with ken, a handsome young man who works at his father’s beachfront hotel in Panama City, Florida. Despite their disparate backgrounds, they both share a passionate desire to dance. While preparing for a major dance competition, Jennifer and ken must work together to overcome scheming partners, a meddling father and their own doubts for a chance to win it all.

This movie is very ridiculous for the aspect a dance competition that the daughter is in which results in reunites the divorced parents that are visibly in close distance because a high amount of people are shown attending this dance competition, also because it results in the divorced parents getting back together.
A realistic outcome would be they have a honest conversation about why exactly they divorced, if they reconcile then they decide to reunite after reconciling or decide to remain friends because of knowing factual information about why they don’t gel together as a couple.
Well…that’s ONE reason it’s ridiculous, yes. 😂

It’s a consistent ridiculous movie except that is the highly ridiculous aspect because they just get back together without any discussion about why they divorced or any other believable conversations they would have before deciding to get back together.
This makes the Parent Trap remake most believable because the parents even when reunited didn’t just get back together when seeing each other in the same hotel in San Francisco for the first time in a long time.
They had realistic interactions before the dad decided he didn’t want his ex wife to get away again after realizing that he still loves her.
@jasoncase9481 agreed. I’m a fan of the original Parent Trap movies. I even liked the Lindsay Lohan remake.
