Just did my wife's rear wiper blade. Thank you for posting clear directions. It still took what I thought was an abnormal amount of pressure but nothing broke and the blade is replaced.
OMG. Thank you for showing it so up close. I've watched a few other videos. Some say to remove the nut and the whole unit. Some tried to explain what you did but didn't show what they were pushing on. I watched your video and it was so clear. Thanks a bunch.
For the rear blade, no aftermarket parts match the cosmetics of the rest of the wiper arm. The stealership will only sell you the entire wiper+arm assembly for 80+ bucks. I had to replace one today for a friend. I purchased a 24 inch conventional blade and then removed the rubber strip from both wipers. I then used the metal inserts from the original equipment wiper blade, measured and cut the 24 inch new rubber to fit (you can cut it about 1/2 inch longer than the original rubber!) and put those original metal inserts + newly custom cut rubber back into the original equipment wiper blade assembly, and then re-attached it back into the wiper arm. Looks great since all the visible parts are original to the vehicle, it works better than OE since the new rubber is actually a bit longer than originally, and since I bought 24" new blade, I have enough rubber on hand to replace it twice. It cost me 18 bucks plus tax. I imagine if you plan ahead and purchase a wiper refill separately from somewhere online (they rarely sell them in stores these days), then you could do it for much less.
The only one that actually taught me how to do it!!
Excellent vid. Im a non techie female and just saved myself the 300 plus bucks jeep was charging me to change them. Thank you!!

Thanks for this video! Short, sweet, & easy to understand. Saved me a lot of money! 💸
Omg!!! The dealership told me I had to change the entire arm...thank you so much ❤
