I always do love how everything goes to shit in Rivellon because someone got too upset over the Divine. Yes I get he’s essentially Jesus, but come on. The Divine order never had a traitor? One Dragon Knight means all of them, and by extension everything draconic, are evil and needs to be torched with extreme prejudice?
And while I’m on the Divine, Lucian be his name, I want to make the record clear that I was disappointed with where they went in DOS2 and how he handled everything. Before all of that and his complacency in committing what I would call war crimes, considering the other six races (technically five and one hodge-podge of magically gifted individuals) were against the sorcerer quarantine and that the magisters kept much of their operations under wraps, I just kinda got the feeling he was a chill dude trying to do his best. His story with Damian was a tragedy about a father trying to see the good in a boy born with the deck stacked against him. Then Alexander just gets tossed aside like yesterday’s refuse in DOS2 and I face palmed as his image just kept getting drilled deeper and deeper into the ground for me as he became what he fought so hard against, draining source from sorcerers just as the gods did before him.
Rant over I guess. Divinity II was my first Larion studios game and will always be my favorite, that twist at the end was a stroke of brilliance, and I hope they wrap up Damian’s story with more draconic action sometime soon.
Edited: love your videos and can’t wait for more!

Amazing video! How does the content square with the Red Prince's quest though? It's said there that the lizards sort of devolved from dragons, which should imply that Zorl Stissa kind of created the dragons? Plus Larian released two portraits of her in both lizard and dragon form.

Dragons chosing humans and elves as champions?
Kind of like a human chosing a hamster right? ...or a lizard.

Why can Dallis transform into a dragon?

A journal you find mentions that Braccus taught her how, but it seems to be something different than a proper Dragon Knight

Not 100%, a book mentions learning it from Vredemen but zero info on the nature of it
