definitely my favorite track in terms of shortcut potential, each one leads into each other making it super fast! but they are also so easy to mess up, making it very risky to chain them. Still nothing feels better than showing off and practically racing as if your out of bounds the entire time.

Unrelated, but it’s still b.s that Captain Falcon isn’t playable in this game
I know, right? Like, Nintendo owns the ip, and they put F-Zero tracks into the game, so WHY not include Captain Falcon? They could have just made him a dlc character or something, and made some money off of it, but NO, they decided to leave him out entirely, even though they put 2 F-Zero tracks AND the BLUE FALCON into the game.
I could say the same about not adding a Kirby air-ride stage, but we take those 60 dollar racing games.

Now that MK8D is getting DLC that'll be fully completed by the end of 2023, I'd absolutely love to see you guys revisit the DLC tracks that *double the game's size!* Frankly I'm still freaking out about it given that this is already the largest game in the series track wise and to double it, that's just..... Well I'd say insane is a tad too light a word but I can't think of any other good one. Either way I'm excited for it!

9: the beach maps are never usually favorites of mine, but this is an exception! And while I love your jokes in general, the comedic timing in this entry is just immaculate
8: oh hey, my favorite track! Most of the reasons you brought up are my reasons to slap it at #1. I also love the pixel piranha plants near the end of each lap, and the fluorescent fences. Two nice, small details. Ok maybe it’s just the video as a whole, that drome bit was pretty great

1: OH YEAH BABY! This one actually flip-flops with Drome for my number 1 slot almost daily. The song is a near perfect groove, and your victory lap comment actually fits perfectly. I personally called this the Grand Finale of the game

Mount Wario is my personal Big Blue, but it's my favorite one in the whole serris.
Personally, I hate Big Blue because once when playing online, I got shocked by lightning right at the beginning of a huge glider jump (I think it's the one at 23:01) and lakitu took SO LONG to bring me to the other side that I went from 2nd to 12th and lost the race, when he could've easily just brought me back to the beginning of the jump for me to try again.
On a different note, the video itself was great! The editing and script were both very well put together. Can't wait for the next one!
